after several outages and having to borrow a generator in order to keep the heat on I was able to get this generator after the fact and have not had a power outage since. I played around with the gen when i finally received it . I put some gas in it and it started right up how ever after it sat for two years with gas in it I put stabilizer in the tank but the carb was fouled, luckily the gen has alternate fuel in the way of propane and i was able to start it with the propane and we were ready to go so the carb is toast but they are not expensive

We purchased this generator as a backup for our home if the power grid goes down at anytime and it powers our entire home! We had it wired by an electrician into the electrical panel with a lock out switch to protect anyone from being electrocuted. Best purchase we've invested in for our home in quite some time! We rest easy now and I highly recommend it as a home back up to anyone.

I bought my generator because I live in Florida and this is the Hurricane season. a friend purchased this model and it helped him through the last power loss. I love the fact that I'm able too use either gas or propane. I had it wired into my panel box and it will give me power though-out my house. This model has all the bells and whistles.Westinghouse thought of everything

Although I had to wait several months for this model to be back in stock during hurricane season, it was well worth the wait! Easy to prep, clear instructions, and easy to use controls on the unit. Had it set up and hooked to a propane tank within a few minutes of opening the box. Started up IMMEDIATELY the first try. So much peace of mind for such a reasonable price!

I got this for Christmas and out of the box seems to be a great generator. Easy to setup and use. I did find that you had to manually chock to get started the first time. I am hoping that it will start without the manual choke once setup since these will auto start when electric goes out if you setup correctly.

This is a Heavy Duty machine that every body that can afforded should have one for any circumstances in need special in emergencies in your house or a business, living in my childhood in a 3rd world country and now in a state that hurricanes at all levels likes to visit constantly this product after God can save you even your live, don't hesitate thinking twice to get one of this, We just got ours and haven't use it jet, I'm opened just now from the box and even If I never use it I have a relieve that it's there when I need it, looking forward to turned on to see if everything is in place!! So exited!!

I bought this a few months back. It took about 12-15 cranks to get it started, but after the fuel finally made it through the system it started right up and runs every time I push the button. Easy to change between gas and propane. Happy with my purchase.

I bought this a couple weeks ago because we have rolling blackouts during the summer months here in CA & I wanted to make sure we were covered in case of a power outage. This thing powers the house like a champ. I’m thinking of buying another one but bigger to power my shop as well. And these are way more reasonable in price compared to Generacs. Those things are a rip off if you ask me.

I purchased this back in August of 2022, and now that winter months have rolled around and power outages are common, I was finally able to put it to use. The machine has a very simple startup, it runs smoothly, doesn't cause much of a stir, and is highly effective at this time of year. I suggest buying this product, it may be expensive, but it's a great investment for the family.

This was a warranty replacement for a WGen9500DF I had bought in January 2022. Unit stopped producing power in August 2022 even though the engine ran fine. Working with the Westinghouse tech staff we determined the generator Stator probably had a short to ground and could not be fixed in the field. Westinghouse promptly declared the unit as unremarkable and sent a brand new unit. Very happy with the support and warranty service provided by Westinghouse. Just unpacked the new generator and will be doing the break in this week. Will post further comments as necessary.
