Arrived ahead of schedule. Sturdy and durable. Great documentation -- user manual simple and clear enough for the mechanically challenged. Have not started the generator yet but confident it will work as advertised. Our dads always said, "You can be sure if it's Westinghouse."

We bought this generator 3 months ago. We've had a couple of bad storms that left us without power for several days at a time. We have two freezers and two refrigerators that would be done for if they were out of power for too long. Westinghouse provided everything we needed to hook up to our breaker box and set up was easy. Plus the generator's engine is very powerful. With a nearly 7-gallon fuel tank, this baby will run for ove 12 hours. The carbon monoxide sensor is a great feature, as the unit will definitely shut down if it senses a good amount of deadly carbon monoxide. The wireless remote start button on a keychain is very nice as well and the range is probably around a hundred feet or so which is all we need. We've got our generator inside an old pump house for an abandoned well and it's far away from the home. Another great quality is it's QUIET. Never had a generator that was so quiet before. I think we're going to buy another one as a backup in case this one ever goes out, but so far, so good. It's a big unit but it packs a punch where it counts. Just purchased this generator a month ago. Came with a battery and remote start fob which is not included in most units of similar size. Runs good . We are using propane as a fuel source. Runs the necessary circuits for our home. I have yet to run it for over an hour though.

I bought this generator in the aftermath of hurricane Beryl to power my home. Brought it home, added the oil, connected the battery and fuel (LPG), and just like that I was up and running. It started up right away and went to work. I have to get some electrical work done before I can try to run my central AC with this but I have confidence it will be up to the task!

I haven't run it under a load yet but so far everything is a described and it started quickly and easily and ran smoothly. The noisel level is moderate. With a little distance and some simple acoustical screening the sound is completely inoffensive from inside the house. The accessories included are fairly complete although a wrench for installation and removal of the gas line would have been handy since it is best to keep dedicated tools with the generator so you are never left short when the need to use the generator arises. Also the specs should include oil capacity (minor issue).

I bought this to have continuous power in Northern Michigan. Where i live i have a lot of trees and lines come down often with a storm. I'm running off propane and everything is easy and easy to understand. Ran the whole house this morning 1000Sq feet. I am in the break process and am very pleased so far. Excellent product!

We just recieved our generator this morning with only a couple days waiting for delivery.....Un-boxing the unit was a breeze and everything is well marked ..Assembly was a snap....The key fob start was in a great place on the engine pull cord ...put oil and fuel in the unit and it started right up ....Cant wait for the next power outage because we have it covered ....the 50 amp rv outlet is a great added bonus...always had to run a 30 on our old generator....

We purchased this generator in preparation for the hurricane season. We had the electrical connection installed to connect the generator to the house. Although we were lucky that we didn't need it during the season, it was the best thing we could have purchased. Wen testing the generator, we disconnected the main power and started the generator. Glad to say, the house connection worked perfect. The generator supplied enough power that we were able to run AC, two fridges, and most lights without any issues. The generator has all the features we wanted and the remote start is great. We would without doubt recommend this generator!

Just bought in preparation for hurricane season in Florida. Generator has all the features I need and at a reasonable price. Item was delivered on promised time but box was damaged in transit. No visible signs of damage to Generator. Have not had to use yet so can't accurately describe performance.

Bought this after Hurricane Irma when we lost power for 5 days and will get it hooked up to the main breaker via an interlock system - the 50 amp outlet is ideal for this. I've only just run it to make sure everything is working ok and so far it's excellent. Noise level is much much lower than I expected - about the same as a gas powered lawn mower. The electric start button worked from the first time and the remote control power fob worked great. Very easy to assemble the legs/wheels, they include everything you need and the instruction manual is very clear and easy to understand. No problems so far, highly recommend for the power to cost ratio and the features. Option to run on propane is great so you don't have to keep it stored with gasoline, very convenient.
