Ran consistently great but started having trouble starting in December and finally would not start in mid January. Covered with warranty, was worked on by approved shop, ended up getting new generator. Very satisfied with purchase especially the dual filter feature.

We just bought the WGen9500DF and tried it out. We used oil provided and Propane and followed all directions and it started up just fine. We have a 1400 sqft house and it ran 2 friges, tv & wifi device, lights, and our well pump (bogged a little on start up for pump but then fine). We then turned off water pump breaker and with 1 frige running, TV and 3 lights we turned on the Central Air Conditioning system (3 Ton) and although it bogged down a bit with start up, it DID run it! Impressive! That said, we will probably get 1 portable AC Unit just in case. And although its heavy, not hard to move with wheels and handle and not as loud as some I've heard. So far this generator has been absolutely amazing, tested it out today when it arrived on the house and then I also tested it with my welder and plasma cutter. this thing handles a load without you even noticing you are getting the power from a generator. would absolutely recommend to anyone that is looking for piece of mind during hurricane season or is looking for a job site unit for running tools and equipment. also a lot quieter than others that I have owned

Bought this to have enough power to run central AC during summer outages. I also bought a right angle 50 amp cord that is a very tight fit because the top of the wheel is so close to the 50 amp outlet. Owner's manual did not contain correct instructions for activating battery, but the quick start guide did. All in all a big improvement over my last generator. Really like the ability to use gasoline or propane and remote start. The handle design makes it easier to move this generator than my old one which was about 50 pounds lighter.

All the features needed in a portable generator at a very reasonable price. The wheel kit was very easy to install. After filling with the included oil and some gas the generator started right up. Checked the power output and the generator worked well. Hooked up the propane and switched the valve from gasoline to propane and the generator ran fine. Very satisfied with this generator.

Out of the package it started right up. like many of the features like the remote start, duel fuel, multiple plug-ins. Only one downfall so far is 240 connection is placed above the wheel. 240 cords have a very stiff cord so I will have to remove the wheel to be able to plug the cord in as not to create to much stress on the plug in the generator.

After three hurricanes w multiple days without power, I had to get a generator. This model was a great value and met our power requirements during our last storm (MILTON24). We came home to a dark house. The generator started easily and got us back running with no loss of food in the refrigerators. Additionally I recommend setting yourself up to just plug it into your power panel and run the whole house (110V systems only)

Incredible features, simple & reliable starting capabilities on propane or gas! I've used both fuels with no issues at all. My run time on gas was close 14 hours. It has remote start but I haven't used mine other than testing it's functionality. Overall a great generator.

I bought this after my wife and I experienced a power outage after some flash flooding in our home area. We had talked about a generator for a long time since we live in a rural area. We always tend to be the last one's to get our power back on. After this last outage we pulled the trigger I did some looking at different brands and I was satisfied that this unit had everything I wanted. Electric start, a trickle charger to keep the battery up, both gasoline and propane fuels, and plenty of power to run the house. I installed a 10 circuit transfer switch with a 50 amp plug on the outside of the house. I got the unit today hooked it up and tested it. The generator ran everything I had wired. No more worrying about water or if the refrigerator is staying cold. No more trying to find candles or batteries for flashlights. Just peace of mind when ever the storm hits. This is a very high quality unit.

I live on the Gulf Coast and this gen-set is the best bang for your bucks. When a hurricane comes my lights will be on, then I stow it away for next season. Also it is great for running all electrical gear at the hunting camp. So far no problem's or issues. Good piece of gear to have for work, fun are storms.
