After hours of research and price comparisons happily bought a westinghouse 9500dfc! Much needed after recently having twins and losing power twice within two weeks both times power was out over 24 hours. Now that I've purchased my westinghouse 9500dfc I have nothing to worry about. Also excited about the dual fuel capabilities and ability to connect it to a switch/panel.

After being without power for a week we decided to invest in a generator that we could depend on. Not that I’m looking forward to the next time we lose power but I’m excited that we are now prepared! No damage during shipping, everything was boxed neatly and organized, assembled with ease, and busted off using LP. Rated it at a 4 because it hasn’t been used in an outage yet.

The WGen9500DF is exactly what I was looking for as backup power during hurricane season here in Florida. It was delivered to my home in excellent condition and I was very impressed how well it was packed. All that had to be done was to attach the wheels to the underside of the generator, which was easy to do. I really love that it can run on gasoline or propane gas so that I have options in case one isn't available after a hurricane. It's transfer switch ready and powerful enough to run everything necessary in my home when there's a loss of power from a storm. I like that it has a remote and is very easy to start. I'm so glad I purchased this. It will definitely give me peace of mind during hurricane season.

Upgrading from previous generator. Like that it has dual fuel capabilities. Like that it came with solid tires, tool kit, battery trickle charger, remote start, propane regulator and hose. Has many additional features. Easy to set up. Noise factor similar (may be less) than our previous unit/ able to talk when standing next to it.

Just purchased and setup the Westinghouse 9500 generator. It was very easy to setup and started up right away. I purchased to connect to my home in the event of a hurricane with resulting power outages. Been through several already and I'm finally prepared!

Bought the generator last month and it arrived as scheduled and was in perfect condition. Easy to assemble the few parts. Read through the excellent manual and it fired up on the first push of the starter. Everything works perfectly. It seems to be a high quality machine. I would heartily recomment it.

We just got our new generator this week and are really impressed with it! It’s controls are easy to understand and outlets are clearly marked and I really like that they have covers over each type of outlet. Fuel select is easy to operate and I love the flexibility of the unit. We also are very impressed with the quality of the unit!

Bought this in August. Started up fine. Tried it on all three fuels and ran my household items as a test. Fast forward 11 months and wont even turn over. Doesn't matter what fuel or battery or manual. Have tried all recommended actions. I have been waiting for 8 days to get a service call back and they cant give me any idea when I will get a call. NO idea what time or what day even!

Westinghouse 9500DF generators i need a bigger generator for years when power goes out,they had what i needed at a great price, its well build ,like the dual fuel ,you can't go wrong with this generator !! It runs great on both fuel and gas with easy change switch !! you need to buy one .

I just bought this after seeing all the great reviews all over the internet for it, plus it was one of the main ones my electrician recommended. It was easy to unpack and put the wheels on, pull handle already was attached. Now, ready for the next storm.
