I did this process in May but I'm glad I'm redoing it now. First time I gave an incorrect serial number, I hope all is good now. I really like the unit and the features it offers. The unit seems to be well designed and I also like the db level. I actually put this unit together for my neighbor and ended up purchasing it for myself.

This generator is full of features. It's dual fuel, and includes everything you need to hook it up to a propane tank, or run it on gas. It includes oil, a wheel and handle kit, and even a remote start! It's also got the longest runtime of any generator of this size that I know of! (12 hours) It's about the only one on the market that can actually make it a full night without running out. For the Size 12.5KW / 9.5KW, runtime, and features, it's unbeatable.

Just started the generator up for the first time. I'm running it on propane. Followed the instructions and it did exactly what the manual detailed. Started up on it's 3rd auto attempt and ran smoothly for about 10 minutes with no load. I'll be trying it to run the water well pump this afternoon. So far so good!

I opened the box, assembled the generator in 15 minutes and was on my way. I really like the dual fuel feature. I don’t plan to use gas in it, but it’s there if we need it. It started right up and powered our whole home (well, furnace, microwave, etc) without breaking a sweat.

I bought this generator because Westinghouse make an excellent product. I started it for the first time a month after delivery. It was easy to set up and it started with the remote on the first click. No Issues. Can't wait to hook it up and power the house, ice storm is heading to east coast with power outages expected. Will send review after my first use.

I purchased this product for its dynamic features. The remote start is an added bonus as my wife can easily start it with out me there. In addition, the dual fuel feature is awesome and takes the added pressure off of getting gas! Love the easy battery charger that comes with this product.

Set up was very easy with little effort. Simply snap the clips to connect the battery. Slide the wheels into position and clip the pin. easy. I am using propane, so i attached the propane connector and started up on first push of the button. One item to note is the remote fob was attached to the pull cord of the engine. So at fist glance i thought it was missing. It was not. We are excited to put this to use!

Easy to understand the controls. The manual is coated so the paper does not fall apart. I like the carrying handle very safe. The Generator was well packaged for shipping. I love the dual fuel feature. I have a 500lbs propane tank with a quick disconnect fitting installed. Just plug in and start-no mess of spilled gas.

Overall a great product. We bought this product 2 years ago during Florida Hurricane season and fortunately for us, have not had to break it out of the box until last week during Milton. It met our needs overall, however our fridge kept tripping the GFCI which was frustrating in the moment. Something for future buyers to look into.

I bought this model as an older female who frequently has power outages and needed something I could handle on my own. I am about to use it for the first time as we are expecting a major ice storm and high winds. Instructions for set up and usage were clear and easily followed.
