I purchased this in light of power outages due to hurricanes and severe storms. Bought it after hurricane Beryl and it is Hot here in Texas. This machine has good reviews and a lot of features. Looking forward to seeing it in action. It is a great looking machine!! I pick this one for the dual fuel and power.

Purchased in Sept 2023, first use was Oct 2024 during Hurricane Milton. Followed instructions for assembly and was using only propane. Giving a 4 star rating for 2 things: Initially, generator would start and then die after a few seconds. CO and maintenance lights would come on, but manual does not clearly explain what that means. Turns out it was due to the low oil level as detected by the sensor as the generator needed more oil than came provided in the 1.1 liter bottle. Second, the tire and location of the 50 Amp 14-50R outlet make it an awkward fit for my cord as it exits down from the plug. It is not a quiet generator, but that is to be expected due to its capacity.

I bought this unit as a backup to power my house. Great price and tons of features. I like that it is just push button automatic choke and everything because if someone in my household has to use it and isn't terribly familiar with how to start it it'll be incredibly easy. Having propane as a fuel option is awesome. The generator is much lighter than my predator version before this that had less wattage. I'm incredibly pleased with my purchase.

I bought the Tri-fuel 13k Watt portable generator a week after Hurricane Berryl came through Houston and left me and my family without power for 6 days. So happy I did. After having electrician and plumber come out, I tested the generator. Wow! Able to run my entire house from natural gas line hookup with no issues. For reference, I have approximately 1900 sq/ft home, gas appliances, and one central AC unit. Very happy my family and I will have peace of mind for any future power outages.

I recently purchased the 9500DF generator and I'm glad I did. I've already had to use it during a wind storm. The power was out for about 3 hrs and it was nice to be able to use lights, TV, fridge and well pump. Important features why I purchased this generator. Duel Fuel 50A receptacle. This allow you to take advantage of the generators full power. Remote Start 8hr run time at 50% load Soild built frame and engine While I don't want to have to use a generator, it's a fact of life where I live that I'll loose power at least 2 -3 times during winter. Last year an outage lasted 3 days. Wish I had this generator then. I'll be prepared for next one now.

I just got this generator and we absolutely love it. The heat in Arizona was too much for our travel trailer air conditioner so now we can plug in a portable one as well. We also have comfort in knowing if the power goes out this generator will run our whole trailer plus the portable air conditioner and so much more. It has 4 120 v plug ins, a 30 amp plug and a 50 amp plug. Nice that it runs off gas as well as propane!

We bought this after our winter storm of the century in Texas. We decided we're not getting caught like that again. This generator has features others don't have and it's at a better price. The generator looks well made and sturdy. It also has the Westinghouse name, that's a lot in it's self! Next, having a transfer switch installed. This generator should run the whole house. We'll be ready for that next century storm.

Highest rating for this generator. At time of ordering, I was concerned about ease of moving the generator (e.g., the 9500 is heavier than the 7500 and other comparable models) and noise. After I operated the generator, neither of those concerns is an issue. It is easy to move; it has large, sturdy wheels that roll smoothly across any fairly smooth surface and has a large heavy duty handle that provides good leverage. I am very pleased with the low noise when the generator is operating. Not at all intrusive in our home and I'm sure the neighbors will not complain. Also, the user manual is really well done. Illustrations and explanations are first rate.

I purchased this generator 2 weeks ago. I haven't needed to use it, however I was extremely impressed with the amount of ease it took to get ready. Instructions were simple and very easy to understand. It immediately started without any hesitation. Hurricanes and loss of power are not uncommon where I live. I am very pleased with this product and believe it will be more than adequate when it it comes time to use.

I bought this to use as a back up power source for my 5th Wheel camper. It is powerful enough to run the whole camper in the event of a power outage or when boondockiing. Easy assembly and detailed instructions. The remote start key fob was easy to pair and Set up. Very nice generator with good feature's Easy to move around and the dual fuel option is a plus.
