I was amazed at the ease and quickness from opening box to running items in my house. I bought the generator and it was still in the box a few days later when my power went out. I literally was able to get it out of the box, assemble in 5 min or less, and had a couple of cords powering items in my house within 15 to 20 minutes. I absolutely love the remote start feature!!!!

This generator has all the features I was looking for (dual fuel, electric start, and even has remote start). It has an LED data screen that tells you the voltage, the lifetime run hours and maintenance reminder display. It also has a battery charger and propane connector hose included. Started it first time with propane. Runs great.

I have been using generators most of my life. This thing is awesome. I love the auto start. We bought this for my wife's food trailer and she can start it easily with the FOB. Thank you. I researched a lot of generators prior to purchasing this one. I decided it was the one for me based on the specifications and outstanding and plentiful online reviews. Everything you need to get it up and running is in the box. I put ethanol-free gas in it and it fired right up. Very happy with all its features for the money!

After a 4-day power outage with temperatures in the teens, and the realization of Maine's future weather changes due to global warming, we NEEDED to purchase a reliable generator. After researching and family recommendations, this unit seems perfect for our needs. We have not used the generator as of yet. Still in the "setting" up process.

We connected this to our whole house using an interlock in our breaker box (1 story, 1,700 sq ft) and it was able to power everything (including the 2 ton central AC unit. (We did not test this with the washing machine or dryer running). It works well and was easy to start.

Just purchased - Love the large capacity and dual fuel option. Easy set up and intuitive controls. Unfortunately it came with a large dent in the tubular cage from shipping, the box was undamaged. Would have been a five star would it not have been for the damage.

In just looking at the generator, I am comforted. The generator is a work of art and albeit heavy, with the wheels on, it is manageable for this almost 62 year old. I am very pleased with my purchase. The electrician even beamed at the generator and was happy to provide the correct connections. One of the plumbers said he had a Duromax, but I saw the sorrow of not purchasing the WGen 9500TFc in his eyes. Needless to say, another plumber is ready to complete the natural gas connections this week. I am excited for the choices os Tri-Fuel connection. This is my first generator purchase and I am educating myself to the fullest. Alright you hurricanes and ice storms, I've got the WGen9500TFc POWER and I'm no longer concerned about power outages any more!!!!

I bought this product about three weeks ago and assembly was quick and easy. I really like the idea that it runs on gas or propane. It started on the first try. I haven't tested it yet on my house loads as I am waiting on the arrival of additional equipment to use with this. Will update when the other equipment arrives.

We live in a rural area and lose power a few times a year. For years we've had an on and off relationship starting a Honda EG5000 to cover outages from a few hours to a few days. We needed something my wife could operate when I am away from the house and decided on a Westinghouse 9500 dual fuel. We should have done this years ago! It arrived undamaged and was easy to setup. We had it up and running on propane in 30 minutes. The pushbutton start is great! The dual fuel option lets you use gasoline or propane (without the shelf life concerns). When you compare the options for this generator and the minor setup needed to run it against the insane cost and time to install a box store auto-cutover generator it is an easy decision to buy a Westinghouse! Image assembled is included. My only suggestion is offering a cart that mounted the generator and 40 to 100 lb propane tank.
