This unit is strong and powerful with 9500 running watts this will run our major household items when the power is out. No more sweltering nights or cold days or going without water and keeping our fridge going as well. Well designed with great features and well built. The last time we lost power, the gas stations were out as well, but with this unit on propane we'll be fine. Unit started right up with both gas and propane with push button start----and a remote key fob start.

I bought this generator for backup power as we move into our hurricane season. What little assembly was required was very simple and the product, so far, has been everything I hoped for. it is simple to use and will provide all of the power I will need.

I received mine about a week ago and am quite happy with what i got. Generator is well made and was completely assembled in about 30 minutes. I am still going through the prescribed break-in period, about 2 hours of run time so far. I think with proper maintenance it should last a long time.

Had the generator since 2022, overall has been pretty descent. Had issues with getting parts not only from Westinghouse but also other generator supply places. After less than 6 months the starter went out and couldn't get a new one...still waiting for it. Simple parts like seals etc are very hard to find

Kids got this for me for fathers day. Not sure which store they purchased it from . Only had to use 3 times but it's never missed a beat. Easy electric start and very good fuel economy. Going to connect to propane and a transfer switch. I rate it 5 stars. Very good product.

It arrived this morning via freight. It took about 20 mins to unbox it and get the wheels and front legs on it. Once I pulled it into my backyard, I filled it with the 1.1L oil shipped with it. Nice touch on just the exact amount!! Then I filled it full of gas and then connected the battery leads. I hooked up my generator plus into my transfer switches and then flipped the run button to ON and pressed the start button. I forgot to turn the gas line on, so once I did that, the start button fired it right up. I then switched from line power to generator power to see how this big thing would handle the load. It never missed a beat. After being without power for 9 days due to the Easter tornado, We will be able to run much more of our home in the future if a similar incident occurs. I highly recommend this generator. A+++++

I bought this generator to replace my old one after hurricane and based on our experience it is a great tool for storm preparation. It's very easy to start, working on gas, propane and natural gas.For A/C 3,5 ton,it does put a heavy load on the generator when it starts however after startup ,AC runs well.

We bought the Generator prior to arrival of storm. It was delivered on the promised date. Delivery person helped to unload the generator and move it to the designated spot. We tested both fuels and the remote switch. everything worked on first attempt. We we actually lost the power, the generator delivered as promised.. Ours was the only 2 houses on the street with lights, heating and refrigerator on. Happy with the purchase.

Received on time with good instructions on assembly. Easy to assemble ( less than 1 hr). Started up first attempt. Good features including remote start via fob. Can be moved with some effort by one person which is reasonable for it's capabilities. .

We live in California where we can’t rely on our power grid in both summer and winter. I’ve been waiting to purchase the 9500df since last summer but it had been out of stock every time I tried to purchase. I looked at other manufacturers but happy I waited. Works great and has enough power to power our whole house with a/c plus the 6 freezers.
