All the features needed in a portable generator at a very reasonable price. The wheel kit was very easy to install. After filling with the included oil and some gas the generator started right up. Checked the power output and the generator worked well. Hooked up the propane and switched the valve from gasoline to propane and the generator ran fine. Very satisfied with this generator.

Set up was easy, instructions made sense, watch when filling oil as at the end it comes up near the filler cap which can be too much. After setting up and fueling used remote started right up, checked with the push button on the unit, that worked as well. Does not seem too loud but had no load on it. One issue was the cap over the propane connection had been shoved on and now won’t thread on correctly see picture. Also note the oil fill cap is plastic and threading into the metal. This too could be easy to mis-thread it when screwing it in, so take your time. Have not connected to house yet so we’ll see how it does and revise as needed.

The is the perfect generator to provide all the power you will ever need for a fullsize 5th Wheel RV that needs 50 Amp power to run everything. The generator runs off the RVs propane system or Unleaded (Non-Ethanol) Gasoline. It runs quiet and smooth, has no power fluctuations. Highly recommend this to any Fulltime RV Liver who has power supply issues due to bad weather, unstable power grid or just want to get out and OFF the grid.

This is the sports car of generators. Very well made, solid, feels and looks durable. I can't give it 5/5 as it arrived damaged with the top bars being bent, which on reviews seems to be common. That's like getting your new car with a dent in the hood. But if I had to nit pick: the tires are cheap plastic, given how well this is made I'd expect real tires. I'd see this being an issue only if you move it around a lot, in which case go get some real tires and problem solved. The paint is well done, unfortunately when I lifted it up to check underneath and put on the rubber feet I noticed the bottom bars are all scratched with bare metal exposed (guessing it's slid around the factory while being put together?), so I'll need to repaint it to avoid rust. But that's it, not much to complain about. For the price and high quality I doubt you'll find better. Would I buy it again, yes. And I'd bet someone out there can tell you what size aftermarket wheels to get at a hardware store

I purchased this item for my house hoping it could power two 4-ton AC units off of natural gas. After installing a soft starter on both my AC units, I was happy to see it ran them both at the same time without any issues! I also appreciate the remote control start and the ease at which it powers up. Much better than the old generators I'm used to. I highly recommend this product!

I was looking for a dual-power generator to give me some flexibility based on fuel availability. The reviews on competitive generators were not very flattering. The Westinghouse WGen9500DF had solid reviews and now I know why. Besides being the best value out there (price & quality), this has a ton of features. I really like the remote and push start which should be on all generators these days. The unit has plenty of power and I know it will be ready when we need it. Peace of mind is important!

I bought this product a couple of weeks ago. I have only used it in a test run. Easy to set up, and operate. I consulted an electrician where I work and was told this size generator would run all the necessities during a power outage. He is installing a 50 amp receptacle and main breaker lock out on my house. One cord connection to the 50 amp port on the generator and I can select the breakers I want to power in the breaker box. The dual fuel option is really nice. Runs quieter than expected.

I received the package today. The shipping company did do a little damage to the unit as shipped (a couple of dents and scraped blue paint) which is my only complaint. The unit itself was easy to set up. The remote works very nice. I am quite pleased with the unit, and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good affordable generator. I intend to use this on the farm and in power outage conditions.

Purchased this Westinghouse WGEN9500DF for emergency power backup to our home. Absolutely a great generator with super added features. I installed it after carefully reading all paperwork and used it in conjunction with a backup power transfer switch. With remote starting I don't even have to leave my house. Built and designed very sturdy. I rate it a 10 of 10 for my purpose. Wanted a reliable unit and I feel this is one of the best on the market.
