This Gen is the best reviewed and best price for this size that I could find. Shipping was a month to get it. It was worth the wait. It arrived in perfect shape. Easy to get ready to run. Started up on first try. Ran smooth. Not too loud for a big generator. Very happy. You will be too.

I bought a 9500 specifically to run my pool pump in the winter in case of power outage. I hooked it up with a transfer kit and it not only runs the pool pump but 3 freezers and a refridgerator plus the heating system which is gas but it runs the fan and thermostats. Very satisfied

Excellent generator for the price I paid. After reading reviews I decided to purchase this generator and am very pleased with it. It has all the bells and whistles that I wanted and more. I hope I never have to use it, but am confident if I do it will perform with out any issues.

I must say this product has exceeded my expectations. It's more than capable of running my whole house and having power left over. The generator came fully assembled other than needing oil put in it and the battery needs to be plugged in. it's basically ready to go. I applaud GE on this generator

My kids bought and installed this generator for me. I now have peace of mind knowing I'm covered if the power goes out..as it does quite often where I live . This generator is so easy to start remotely and I couldn't have ask for a better product. . .

After experiencing a weeklong power outage in the middle of winter, I purchased this generator to run our RV trailer and keep the house appliances i.e., refrigerator, freezer, security lighting etc. powered. It took about 30 minutes to unbox and prep the new generator for use. I hooked the generator up to propane pressed the auto start button and on the fourth try it fired up. I hooked all the aforementioned items to the generator, there was ample power to run all. The setup is super easy, the instruction manual is great with easy-to-understand guides. If there is a fault to this generator it would be that it is a loud when running. A better noise reducing muffler system would make the generator perfect. That being said I am very happy with this purchase.

Bought this a couple days ago, went to start it today after filling oil, and fuel; and the gen wont turn over. Pull start is also stuck which means crank is seized on a brand new unit! Seems like someone failed to test this unit in the factory before shipping.

I bought this to supplement my home electricity for my wife. She has a medical condition that requires her to have A/C at all times. This model is perfect for someone who has never done this before. It has many features that make it simple. I am so happy to have this electricity backup.

I’ve only run it for a couple hours so far, but as I inspected the unit during assembly, it is well built, and uses very good materials. The quick start documentation was excellent and easy to follow. The unit runs smooth and quiet. Only one minor detail was missing from the quick start: you do need to turn on the fuel shut-off valve that sits just under the gas tank.

Received generator in excellent condition. Very well built. Manual instructions were very clear. Assembly was easy. Started right up with the automatic starter the first time and powered the entire house. Propane fuel worked great. Very confident now if we have a power outage.
