This thing is an absolute monster for what I paid for it. I tested it on my 50 amp 35ft fifth wheel and it ran both Coleman Mach 13,500 BTU AC's without even thinking about it. Started right up on propane fuel source no problem. Plan on using it as a home back up with a transfer switch if it comes down to it, at least until I can afford to go with a stand-by system. We plan on taking this boon dock camping if we get the chance, just don't know how I am going to get it in the bed of my truck because it's a heavy boy.

Had a couple of smaller generators and upgraded to this specifically because I plan on having a manual transfer switch installed. Ready for hurricane season and any other time we loose power. Will be running the generator today for the first time. Setup was easy and directions were clear.

We purchased this generator as a whole house backup, based on my sister's positive experience with this model. We live at high elevation with times of extremely cold weather. Having experienced a power outage during such a cold time, it was very important for us to have a reliable source of backup power. This generator fit the bill. It has dual fuel (propane & gasoline) which was a determining factor in our purchase, giving us options on how to power it. The instructions were easy to follow, and we feel confident we can wait out any grid failure. Delivery of the generator was scheduled for a convenient time and was also a positive experience. We purchased the Westinghouse Dual Fuel 9500 generator in late June, 2020. We were able to set it up and use it this past week during Tropical Storm Isaias. It was easy to set up and easy to use. We were able to run everything we needed. We love the option of running both off of gasoline and propane as many gas stations were without power also. Well worth it!

I had the adaptor installed at my house and took the night before to read through the manual and ensure I had everything installed and put together. I was impressed at how easy it was to connect and run. It started right up and when we connected it to the house it is no problem powering the entire house.

I bought this two days ago it was packaged perfectly everything was there very easy to assemble what little you had to assemble hooked up propane and it started right up were anticipating a big storm and power outages fortunately we didn’t get them but I am happy to know that I will be protected if we do

I purchased the WGen9500DF for home power backup. Was delivered into my garage in perfect shape. Easy to assemble. My only comment is the assembly instructions said you had to connect the battery cables. My unit came with a simple plug you had to connect. Put in oil and gas and it fired right up through the electric start. Would highly recommend!!

I purchased the generator a few days ago. I have not had need to use it yet. But I started it on Friday to assure that it would start and run. Started immediately. Unpacking instructions should be outside the box. How do these instructions help when you have already opened the box to find them. The box was in nearly destroyed condition when I received it. Should be shipped on a skid because it is too heavy for a cardboard box that is manhandled.

i bought this one month ago. I am a senior citizen. It was easy to move around on wheels. I started it up for the first time, and it started immediately. It was an easy push button start, no yanking a cord. No problems yet. I like the tri fuel option.

Bought this machine to power my welder and oh boy it has been a smooth machine to work with. Very intuitive and quick to learn, this machine will be with me for years. The sheer strength in compact size is amazing for traveling on the road. As a new business owner In mobile welding, this machine has been a great testament to its name.
