I bought this generator on May 30, 2020. The instructions are very clear and easy to understand. I crank started it and electric started it and it started immediately. I ran it for awhile and then put a load on it . It has run flawlessly. I am very pleased with this generator and I would recommend it to anyone preparing to buy a generator.

Easy assembly. Started up nicely on gasoline. Did not run it on propane or natural gas yet, but will be installing natural gas line so it can be run mainly on that. Ran it for 10 minutes with two 1500 watt heaters at the same time plus hand tools with no problems. when I get the gas line in and connected to the house I will give up date on powering the whole house.

I'll have to say that my first Westinghouse generator was not starting on propane. I talked to Westinghouse.returned it. I didn't give up on Westinghouse. My next one runs perfectly starts up first start on either propane or gas. I'm very happy with generator. Auto choke works great.

I purchased a 9500 watt generator as an emergency backup and waiting to install a transfer switch for safer use. However already fired it up and it’s extremely easy to operate and works flawlessly. They even sent first quart of oil. Unit is noticeably quieter than other ones I’ve used in the past. Game changer!!!

I am very happy with this generator. I love the remote start feature, The many outlet selections up to the 50 amp plug, which we utilize for powering up most of our house. It comes complete with a battery, battery charger, and the exact amount of engine oil needed. even came with a funnel for adding the oil!

Bought this to replace an old generator with a new wgen9500dfc . Set up was easy with the directions and all the extras supplied with the generator to get it up and running it's a big plus. Ran it for an hour break in period and new oil put in and we're good to go.It starts real easy with the remote fob . I THINK IT'S A GOOD BUY FOR THE MONEY .

Just got it and it looks great! Easy assembly and seems to be very well made. Westinghouse is a quality name and I felt good buying this brand over others. I intend to use it with a transfer switch as backup power in the event we lose power. Seems like an ideal setup and should work great!

After carefully and thoroughly searching for a generator, I kept coming to this one due to the ease of use, the great reviews and the remote is a bonus for my wife to use when I'm not home. It has everything I was looking for in a generator plus added things I didn't think I needed. I'll be ordering the ST Switch soon to complete the system. Very happy and pleased with this WGen9500DF. i researched many generators and finally decided on this one because there were so many good reviews online. i currently have a 4500w generator that has helped me through 3 hurricanes over the past 20 years. this year i decided to get a larger one that i am having hooked into my fuse box so i can run a lot more things in my house. this generator looks great and i cant think of any other feature you could get. i really liked the dual fuel ability sometimes it is hard to find gas after a storm so now i have options. cant wait for the electrician to come and get my system installed.

I bought the WGEN9500 to plug into my transfer box and run my whole house. I bought the unit in an emergency situation and have been unable to test it fully, however the amount of time that we ha e run it and in the limited capacity of use it performed very well.
