Overall very happy with purchase, have not had to use yet but set up was pretty easy although it was a little glitchy with the remote start set up and we had to call for tech support. We followed the directions on the manual but it needed to charge for a while.

Overall have been pleased with this unit’s features, but as the title states the battery has discharged completely twice in one month ( have owned 1 month) this renders the remote start useless. Either the internal charger isn’t doing its job properly or the battery is a bad one. Is it a deal killer? No, but the remote was one of the main considerations in buying this model. Having to charge the battery on a unit this new is ridiculous though. If this issue hadn’t been happening, would give 5 stars.

I purchased this generator WGen9500 to power my house during blackouts and hurricanes, by connecting through a power switch into my main circuit breaker. We ordered it on 1-9-23 and received it on 1-12-23. We picked it up today and found the assembly quite easy. Just take it out of the box, add the wheels, oil and gas. It fired right up, ran beautifully and we could carry on a conversation standing right next to it while running. Love the remote start feature! I would definitely recommend this generator!

nice generator - quality control on putting this product together was lacking. I found four bolts/nuts that were loose, mainly on the rubber engines mounts - one 8mm nut was even missing, after going thru all nuts and bolts and pinging the threads, I fill with gas it started right off and ran beautifully.

I just got it. Unpackaged, read some instructions, put the wheels on, added the included oil, hooked up a propane tank, hit the remote start, and it started FIRST TIME! I can't wait to use it, but I know it will be amazing! We have a few freezers with a lot of meat in them, so this should help us save some money in case of power outages!

We received our generator several days before the delivery date, which was a nice surprise. It was easy to set up, minor work to install the feet and the wheels. They have even streamlined the process to connect the battery (NOTE: you do not need to detach and reattach the battery cables like the manual says. Instead, you just need to plug the wires in). The oil they provided was sufficient. The quick start guide is clear and easy to follow and the manual answered any additional questions I had. The remote start worked first time too! So far, so good! Also, leaving this review earns me a bonus reward of a cover for the generator.

My first generator and no issues at all. Just follow the maintenance schedule and you will have zero issues. We use this as a home backup in Galveston, Texas. It runs our AC, fridge and basically everything else down stairs. It can also run the water heater while the AC is off. Fantastic unit!

We were in the market for a generator that was capable of powering our home in the event of a power outage. This generator has all the features I was looking for and some I didn't know existed. The remote start is awesome and even works from inside the house with the generator in the back yard. I didn't expect that. Setup was simple. It started right up. No issues.

I purchased this back in August of 2022, and now that winter months have rolled around and power outages are common, I was finally able to put it to use. The machine has a very simple startup, it runs smoothly, doesn't cause much of a stir, and is highly effective at this time of year. I suggest buying this product, it may be expensive, but it's a great investment for the family.

So far the customer service has been very good. I purchased a smaller unit initially and returned it for this larger one and there were no hastles with the return. The 9500DF machine is well-built and has many nice features, but when I purchased it I did not realize I need to retrofit it with a high-altitude kit if over 2000' in elevation. I can make that retrofit no problem, but one of the two parts is out of stock. Hopefully this gets resolved quickly.
