We bought the wgen9500 model three weeks ago. It was delivered 9 days later. The driver loaded it onto a dolley and we pushed it uphill on my driveway and into the garage, awesome service. A week later I put oil and gas in and started it up.What a beautiful sound, not loud at all. Haven`t put a load on it yet.

I bought this after Memphis had storms and alot of power outages. I opened the box, and set it up with ease. Attached a propane bottle and hit the power button, 2 seconds later it was running. Now to get it added to my electrical box and natural gas and I will be set for all the coming issue Memphis might have. I sleep with a CPAP so no more rough nights. Looking forward to our next outage. Now I can buy a welder and teach myself some new skills.

My family used Westinghouse products and they never fail! I purchased a generator for my house when I lose power from severe weather conditions. Westinghouse makes a generator that won’t fail, lists every single item for maintenance and schedule! Can never go wrong with Westinghouse!

This is a reliable piece of equipment. It’s well made, and much thought was put into it. The remote engine start is an amazing feature. It’s very user friendly so you don’t have to be mechanically inclined to use it-unlike my last generator. Thanks also for the oil and oil funnel that came with it. I was waiting for a power outage before writing my review. I'm glad I purchased this prior to the last outage that was caused by a bad storm. I have another generator that was cycling badly trying to maintain load. I switched to this generator and it ran smoothly the rest of the night. Family slept soundly knowing we had reliable backup power. Remote was a nice feature that I could use to start up and shut down the generator from my window without having to go out into the storm.

I bought this winter and used it for almost of 2 weeks during the winter. We had a lot of outage days. It is very reliable and easy to use generator. Easy- one button push start. Good tank size which lasts all day, have to refill once a day just to be safe for continuous run.. Overall, very happy with it and would recommend it strongly.

Ordered this Westinghouse 12500 Watt generator in Nov 2024 and I am very happy with my decision. I finally get around to install it January 19 2025. It was easy to install and the remote start key is a plus so that my wife can start it as well. It is very easy to move it around for usage and storage with big wheels. The generator can run everything in my house including 3 ton A/C, 2 refrigerators, and lights... It is such a peace of mind when we could lost power due to hurricane in summer.

I was amazed at the ease and quickness from opening box to running items in my house. I bought the generator and it was still in the box a few days later when my power went out. I literally was able to get it out of the box, assemble in 5 min or less, and had a couple of cords powering items in my house within 15 to 20 minutes. I absolutely love the remote start feature!!!!

I bought this generator a three weeks ago and it was delivered yesterday. The box had an oil stain on it so looks like it was not completely drained of oil. However this does not appear to have affected the generator. Only minor clean up was required. Assembly was easy and the instructions easy to follow. I had to add a little more than the oil provided to get the level well into the normal range. The battery needed no charging. Started on gasoline first using the remote and it ran fine. Same with the propane. I loaded it with my floor fan and it ran the fan well. So far I am very pleased.

i was impressed before i ordered it. i was even more impressed once received it. it has features that are not even mentioned in the description. it has everything needed. nothing else to buy. complete hookup, gasoline and propane. PERFECT Thanks Westinghouse for a great product'
