Ordered online and got it delivered yesterday. I assembled the wheels and front stands, filled with the provided oil and started it on Propane. Left it work with no loads for 30 minutes, then put some gas in the tank and switch the fuel source on gas. Engine works stable. The design is great, well painted, love the blue color. Affordable price for all the features and electric power. One think that I don't like - it's very loud, even deafening. I got it as a power backup at home, but have no idea where to hide it and run it in case of a need. My neighbors will hate me in a radius of 300 yards around me. I think the manufacturer should really invest in some sort of a muffler. Other than that, the electric start, remote start and all type electric outlets make it a great tool. On a side note, when running on a propane - I like it much better, it's less louder, not an exhaust smell, clean air. Bottom line - I will keep it, will use it and will recommend it to anyone looking for a generator backup at home, or performing contractors work, where no power source is available

Extremely pleased with the purchase of this Generator. The quality and packaging is outstanding. I had the unit assembled and running on propane in 20 minutes. The electric start and dual fuel capabilities are two of the features that drew me to the purchase. I plan on using the generator for back-up power supply and will be installing a 10 circuit transfer switch to run part of our home during power outages.

Appears to be a well made quality product. The company didn't cut corners on anything so far, even included the oil, funnel and propane hose connection. Came well packaged for shipping a very heavy machine. This is for emergency backup power, not everyday use so I won't know till I need it if the quality matches the great appearance.

My next door neighbor purchased one a year ago and has had excellent service throughout several power outages in our area. With predictions of a busy hurricane season it was time to add one to our home, easy to follow instructions, started right up once serviced. Really appreciate the dual fuel option!

We purchased this in early Nov to be prepared for the winter storm season. We live in the country and have a few livestock that require water so this is a necessity for us. Seems to be well built and a quality machine. Everything worked as it after the initial set up was completed. We are very happy with our purchased so far.

I reviewed many different generators and felt this would be one on the best. After using it I am very happy with my purchase. Runs great and functions as advertised. Would highly recommend this generator to someone looking to purchase such a product.

I just purchased this to replace an existing 7000 watt generator that provided 21 years (!) of reliable performance. Having just run that unit for a week straight during an extended storm power outage, it seemed like an appropriate time to retire it and get a new generator. After much research I chose the WGen9500SF. I wanted additional wattage, and especially wanted the ability to run on propane in addition to gasoline. I have a 500 gallon propane tank on my property, so with a longer hose this generator can be set up to run for quite a long while. The push button start and auto-choke features are both very good, and will be helpful in the event that other less technically inclined family members need to operate it. The generator arrived in perfect condition and compared to my old 7000 watt unit, the Westinghouse is actually a bit smaller, and a little quieter. Assembly was very simple and it is nice that the motor oil, funnel, etc. are all included. I've run the generator for 30 minutes or so- It fired up immediately on propane and once I realized that the duel fuel switch has to fully "click" to gasoline, it ran nicely on gas, and can indeed switch "on the fly" between both fuels. I connected to my home's manual transfer panel with my existing 30 amp connector cord and under load, the generator performed perfectly. Next week my electrician will be doing some upgrades so I can connect with a 50 amp connector cord and get the full capacity of the generator.

I’ve only had this generator a few days now. I purchased this to replace a smaller one that is 30 years old. I only use when loosing power at my house, which is happening more often than several years ago. I have started it with gasoline and natural gas and even switched back and forth will it was running. So far, this generator is fantastic and has a lot of extras, including a remote and Carbon monoxide detector.

I just recieved our new WGEN9500DFc. I did everything according to the instructs for set up. I put gas in and tried to crank it. Motor turned over but would not crank. I connected propane and it cranked right up. I had my 30yr handy man with me. We checked all procedures. Unit seemed fine on propane. NOTHING on gas. I called the customer service number. They said it could take a while for a tech response. Like how long? 21 DAYS , WHAT ???!!!! I think I like the unit, but I got dual fuel because that's what I wanted. I expect it to work and not have to wait 21 DAYS!!! I hope they call me soon. I will rate it at another time.

Ordered this unit as a Back up for our house. Unit came in a Heavy box and delivered to my Door steps. It is hard to move around till you put the wheels on. I had the wheels on in less then 5 mins. For my 1st start up I wanted to use Propane. I hooked the line up and then to the Bottle. Unit turned over for maybe a sec or two and fired right up. I am Very pleased with it. I hope I don't loose power but if I do I feel this unit can handle everything in need to run and then some.
