We have a 1500 sq ft house. this unit will run just about everything except our heat pump. We have never owned a generator before. We decided to upgrade our electrical panel this winter while doing it we asked our electrician about adding a inlet box for a generator and what kind he recommended? I gave him a list of 3 or 4 I was considering. He hands down said the Westinghouse was the brand he would use. I'm glad he did and I would also recommend it to anyone also. It is very convenient to have dual fuel and also the remote start is a plus!

I appreciate how quick the product arrived to my home. Installing the tires and foots was easy. An adding the motor oil was quite simple. I haven't added gas yet to start it but overall I'm so far impressed with the product. Youtube videos helped me to understand the product features. I received the 12500 watt generator yesterday and opened the box this morning! Wow I have had many generators but this one is great. I put the wheels on and had it running in about a hour. This is well built and sounds great running. I have a shop on my back yard and plan on using the generator to power it,

I purchased this to replace a gasoline powered generator. I no longer wanted to do the yearly gas maintenance required and decided to upgrade to a propane generator. We also wanted an electric start model as with advancing age this seemed a wise investment, it comes with a remote start which is a big plus when it’s really cold outside. After reading all the reviews this was the model we chose, it arrived in perfect condition and after unpacking found that it was perfect. After reading the manual I called Westinghouse to ask two questions, my hold time was less than 20 seconds and the technician was VERY knowledgeable and polite. Since it just arrived I have not yet had a chance to run the generator but based on the delivery, the service tech. And overall looks like we made a great choice. This is my 4th generator and this looks to be the best one I have owned , it’s control panel layout, frame construction and overall appearance plus the little extras like the oil funnel, battery charger and assembly tools just put it over the top.

I bought this after Memphis had storms and alot of power outages. I opened the box, and set it up with ease. Attached a propane bottle and hit the power button, 2 seconds later it was running. Now to get it added to my electrical box and natural gas and I will be set for all the coming issue Memphis might have. I sleep with a CPAP so no more rough nights. Looking forward to our next outage. Now I can buy a welder and teach myself some new skills.

Purchased just in time for Hurrican Season! Have had a 3500 watt size for years, and finally decided to step it up with this beast! The best part is I will either be able to power our house with the 50a plug, or run everything in my camper! So either way it is a big win for me!!!

I bought this about two months ago. Lol and just assembled it. It was not hard you just have to read and follow. If your by yourself and are much like me it can take you about an hour. That’s only because I’m not the best at reading and following directions. Two people will probably cut half of the time or less. Of course depends on whose helping. Either way it’s not difficult.

Bought this during hurricane tax free holiday in Florida so we can keep both the necessities and the niceties on if we lose power during a storm. Hope I never need it but cost effective to have around compared to multiple thousands for a built-in. Bought the dual fuel version to use LP and keep gas out of the lines so that hopefully, maintenance will be easier.

I bought the 9500w generator and I’m not disappointed. Very easy to install the wheels and the handle is preinstalled. Added the oil which is included and after filling with gas, and connecting the battery, it fired right up with the push button ignition. Pairing of the key mod was explained in the directions and was fairly easy. Feels awesome knowing we’ll be with power and not have to go stand in line for ice with most of the other unfortunate ones when it’s lights out. Thank you Westinghouse for such a great pruduct. Thomas
