Received the generator as expected. Had great documentation to get the unit set up, which only took 15 minutes. Documentation was also very well written to get the unit started on propane. The unit is relatively easy to maneuver as well with the built in handle. Meeting all expectations I had upon deciding to purchase this generator.

Our WGen9500DF arrived with everything that it stated. Once I took a few minutes to set it up, it fired right up. Checked the gasoline and propane run options out and both worked. No more stressing out about power outages. Bonus is that we can use it with our camper as well. I would highly recommend if you are in the market for a generator.

I purchased this generator to be a backup power source for a 2200 sq. ft. house. Has enough wattage to handle everything I need ( sump pump, well water pump, pressure tank, AC, refrigerator, TV, Lights, etc) during power out emergencies. Wired to house with a 50 amp cord.

Well packaged and started up fast and ran good. Only issue right out of the box is a faulty wire plug for the electric start. The black wire will not stay in the plug, it vibrates out when running. . No big deal breaker and a cheap warranty fix for them. I need to call customer service and see how good the service is right of the bat.

Instructions on unpacking and set up are very easy to read and follow. Had no issues on setting up the generator and running for the first time. What is exceptionally useful and easy is the ease with which to be able to switch from gas to propane or propane to gas while the generator is still running. Also like the remote start and stop feature. The data center on the unit is easy to read and helpful. So far it provides the emergency power needs we need with no issues.

These are great generators. I have used mine twice. The last time after huriccane Beryl. I now have a spare at the residence. A extra at my fishing camp in Galveston. And 1 more that I can loan a friend. I am sold on th Wgen9500DF. It will run my 5 ton a/c and everything else when pluged into the 50 amp outlet.

Bought this after several days of power outage and rolling blackouts. With 9500 running watts I can run a bunch of stuff. Learned that the 30 amp and 50 amp plugs can be split from 240 to multiple 120 volt circuits with the proper generator cords (Westinghouse cords on the way!). Big enough to help my neighbor out if needed. Coolest feature is the remote start and stop.

So far so good. Have only got thru the 5 hour break in period so far. Hooked up to my house through a 50a inlet box with an Interlock kit in the main box. Ran the whole house on Propane including the 4-ton AC in a short test run. My furnace did show a error code, but continued to run. Fingers crossed there. The remote start is a neat feature, 200lbs isn't terrible, dual fuel is great! Hope to never run it on Gas. I hope to update later after YEARS of use.

Living in Florida we face hurricanes and lighting storms every year. Having such a powerful and convenient generator has allowed my family and I to have less worry when situations arise that may interrupt our lives. Loss of power is not only uncomfortable in the Florida heat, but it brings loss of food, and basic life functions. We have piece of mind having our generator ready at a moments notice. This is my first generator, and I like that its powerful and can run a long time. I couldn't figure out why my fridge kept tripping the gfci outlet, and later learned that most newer fridges can't run on a gfci. I'm going to get adapters for the 30 & 50 amp outlets so I can get more use out of this generator.
