Easy to unpack, attach wheels (etc), and fire up by yourself!

Didn't give a 5 star because I haven't had to use it for a long period of time yet.

Looking forward to having this generator for backup when power is interrupted

So far, so good. Setup has been easy and straightforward. Plenty of videos online to clear any questions.

Easy installation and operation! ! I never actually used it because I never lost power. However I did couple tests run and seemed like very reliable

Been great so far, set up was easy, it is a bit heavy, but once on wheels it is easy to move around.
