Bought this generator and it was delivered about 2 months ago. After unboxing I started it up to test it out and it fired right up. Let it run and tested it and engine runs smooth, haven’t had a major power outage yet but feeling very prepared with this on hand.

After the preparations the literature gives you, and allowing the battery to charge overnight, this generator fired up with only one or two turns of the starter!! Checked all my electrical outputs, and all are as advertised. I wish it weighed half as much, and was half as loud, but now I’m just whining!!😁 Overall, I don’t think you can beat the capabilities this unit offers, at this price, and a three year warranty!!

I just received it and it has all the bells and whistles. I guess I didn't read all the product details or all wasn't listed so I was very happy with everything about it. Has push start, remote start, tools, oil and a battery charger for the battery. Super excited to have it and I can tell I will have it for emergencies for a long time to come. I recommend this generator to any looking for one for emergencies. And I was very pleased with price. A lot of bang for your buck.

This is my second generator and I'm getting older so I thought that by having a push start it would make it easer to get it going. I also love that I can use 2 types of fuel. This is one of the assets to my house. Cant wait to use it. Although it is a little heavy to move, I'm planing on making a place close to my connection to the house so I can maintain it dry and not have to move it.

I just bought this for back up in case of a hurricane in SWFL. It was well packaged, installation of wheels and stands was a breeze. It came with all the correct parts and started on the 1st try by pushing the start button. The user manual is clear and easy to follow. Can’t wait to see it in action. So far, I’m a very happy customer.

Love the ease of use and dual fuel flexibility. Bought this 2 years ago after an extended power outtage and while we haven't had another, this unit has been helpful a few times in shorter outages. I love not having to keep gasoline on hand and being able to use a propane tank (whichare always on have for the grill and fire pit). But having the gasoline option for longer periods and more power is really nice.

I am a disabled U.S. Army veteran who recently endured loss of power due to a hurricane that hit Texas in July and I made a promise that we would not have to endure having to endore having no power and AC if the power ever goes out again. So I started looking at verious portable generators and came upon the Westinghouse WGEN9500DF and after viewing YOUTUBE videos of people who own the WGEN9500DF I made the investment in a WGEN9500DF of my own and it was a great move on my part and I really love the remote and push button start. I would recommend the WGEN9500DF to anyone in need of a portable generotor to power their home in an emergency or to use for every day use.

Was worried about the weight but it was shipped on a small pallet which made it easy to put on the wheels. Had an electrician install a transfer switch on the outside of my house and the generator was able to power the whole house include the AC. Happy with this purchase.

I just got this today. It was a little beat up during shipment (scuffs, scratches and a dent I noticed after speaking to customer service). I called customer service and they were great and we settled any problems. They took care of everything. Later I started it up using the remote and it started first try. Let it run a few minutes and tested out the 50amp outlet. It all worked well. Hopefully if we lose power again this thing lives up to all the other reviews I read. I only gave 4 stars because of the additional time I spent on phone and shipping.

I purchased this product after losing power this past winter....so excited about its features and ability to keep us warm (or cool) when the power goes out. Especially excited about the remote start and how easy it was for the electrician to integrate with the fuse panel, thanks to the product being transfer switch ready....
