I was excited to try this out as soon as I got it out of the box. With minimal assembly, adding fluids and attaching the battery, I had it up and running in less than 30 minutes. I bought this after Memphis had storms and alot of power outages. I opened the box, and set it up with ease. Attached a propane bottle and hit the power button, 2 seconds later it was running. Now to get it added to my electrical box and natural gas and I will be set for all the coming issue Memphis might have. I sleep with a CPAP so no more rough nights. Looking forward to our next outage. Now I can buy a welder and teach myself some new skills.

Worked great out og the box and then poof!!! On/Off switch failed, took 2 months to get one because they were out of stock (I'm guessing because of how many replacements they've had to send out). It failed again a month later!!! I'd return it, but since it was a gift I have no receipt...

I just received my generator and cant wait to fire it up. I will be doing a test run with natural gas and propane soon and I will definitely update my review. But as far as the delivery of the unit, it arrived 7 days early, thats a great start for sure

Just received this today and setup was easy. Attached legs and wheels, add supplied oil, and added gas. That's it. Love the power start, no pulling. Started right up. I'm reserving 5th star as I haven't run it under load yet. So far so good though.

My son in law bought a small generator during a power outage and had to run the refrigerator and window air conditioner in shifts. For a little more I equipped my home with the Westinghouse 9500 and am able to power most everything during a power outage. The remote start, alternate fuel source and multiple outlets make using it family friendly usage for all.

We just bought this generator. We haven't used it yet, but the size, weight and features are perfect for our use. We bought it for back-up power for our 5th wheel trailer. We feel much more at ease traveling knowing we have power when needed. It seems well built and good quality.

Bought this after Hurricane Beryl even though we didn't loose power. My mom lost power for 4 days and had a generator and knew after that we needed one. This will run all I need including our well. We have only hooked it up to propane to see if it works and worked right away.

We purchased the WGen9500DFc two weeks ago as a backup for our fifth wheel toy hauler and tailgating. So far, we are very impressed with its capabilities to handle the unit's entire load with ease. Also, the noise level is not that bad. I would rate it 5 stars, but I only ran it for less than 10 hours. Will follow up on this review after 50 hours of run time.

Great generator will easily power my house the next time there is an outage. Started on the first try the remote starter was already programmed. Also I didn’t think the generator was very loud for the amount of power it provides. This is a great purchase Westinghouse has been doing it for a long time so I trust this product.
