Bought this to power up house except for 4 ton AC when we would loose power during a hurricane. Will be adding window ac units in bedrooms. The initial setup instruction's were easy to read and understand. Everything in the manual was written well and easy to understand. Unit runs as it should and we will be happy for many years to come

Great generator. This thing is a work horse. It powered everything i needed in my house a/c included. Put it together and it os great. The remote start feature is awesome. Best price to quality you will find. My dad being a life long electrician was even impressed.

Put together quickly, only a few parts. Didn't take all the oil that was sent to fill it up. Don't just put it all in because it was sent. Assembly instructions are about half way through the manual, but make sure to read all of it to ensure you don't miss anything. I mixed some Stabil with fuel and used the remote to start. It took off right away. So far, so good. I only started and let run for about 15 minutes. Getting it ready in case of another Hurricane Helene. Hopefully, none in the future, but ready just the same.

This fired right up with natural gas and can run the whole home! Excited to see how it stands the test of time. I thought I’d be able to tell on the screen how much of its total wattage was being used while running, but this is the first generator I’ve owned so maybe that’s not a common feature.

I bought this because my dad had bought one just before Helene. It fed enough energy to his home to have AC, lights and keep fridge and freezer going. This thing cranked as soon as it turned over the first time and the dual fuel option is great for trying times.

I am very disappointed in their service department . The first try out of the box IT DID NOT START . I am using LP and all it does is backfire (yes went thru the book for trouble shooting), so called to get a tech they said within 24 to 48 hours will be contacted LOL !! didn't happen . Being nice and shinny and new doesn't cut it if it won't run . I would have not written this review if I would have gotten the help I deserve . Was it in the reject pile and I just happened to draw the short straw and get it . Still waiting on that call.

4 stars not 5 only because the original unit began having issues after 23 hrs of usage. Westinghouse worked with us to get issues corrected but nothing worked. After 6 weeks (or more) they replace it with the current product. The 2nd unit has worked like charm! The remote start/stop works wonderfully. The only issue we have with this-even though it has a filter basket when putting fuel in, there is no true fuel filter.

I bought this generator for up at the lake. We own a mobile home that plugs into the power grid using a 50 amp plug. So when we lose power we can just pull the plug from the local power and plug it into the generator. I plan to buy a larger unit for home use.

This generator has everything needed for backing up power to your home. I love that it has the option on switching from gasoline to propane and I use it to hook up to my generac adapter to my breaker which allows me to power six devices in my house and I can still utilize what is available on the generator as well. Great Product, highly recommend it.

Just got it. Runs great. Plenty of power for our small house
