Living in Florida and preparing for hurricane season is a must. For a female it has been quite the process. There are so many products out there. I recently purchased this genarator and couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I unboxed it, the quality and build were evident. Installation was easy except foot frame needed to be bent in little bit to make bolts line up with threaded holes. Oil which came with unit was left over after filling to full line so don't assume that using the whole quart plus 15% more is correct. Started right up using propane (have not used gasoline yet) but did backfire once and ran for about 5 minutes. Wheels and handle make it easy to move on paved surfaces. Remote start/stop fob worked as expected. I hope that the carbon monoxide sensor does not shut the unit down unnecessarily as has been reported by some on social media. Only time will tell about durability and reliability.

I live in the Big Bend of Florida, we had 3 large hurricanes within 13 months. We lost power to our home and more importantly AC in all 3. Hot, mugy, and bugs all day and night for weeks during each of the hurricanes. I had another make of generator that simply could not keep up with our needs. However this generator surpasses every power need we have or in my view ever be. Ease of use is amazing, my 11 year old Granddaughter can run it. The versatile fuels, gas and propane makes it easy to store fuel for the next big wind that brings down power lines. My choice with this generator has proven to be one of my best in preparing for this year's hurricane season.

I purchased this generator earlier this month and have had a very easy time setting it up and getting accustomed to the remote start and connecting the 50A power output. One notable aspect of the remote function is that it takes about 5-8 seconds after a single button-press to shut-off the generator for it to come to a halt, and that repeated pushes or "push and hold" is unnecessary.

I recently purchased the tri fuel generator after researching two other brands. The generator is was packaged well, study and seems to be a good build. It came with nice accessories like remote switch and 15’ ft of gas hose. The ability to run on three fuel types is a plus. I can use the generator for my home during power outages with natural gas or take it camping and run it on propane or gasoline. I also like that the manual was well detailed with the maintenance schedule and a parts list. The price point and the reviews from multiple sites also helped make my decision. So far I’m satisfied with my purchase.

I bought this as a back up power source for my home during hurricane's or power outages in storms, and I'm glad I did. It is so easy to set up and use with the electric start, and remote control. My wife loves it. If I'm gone, she just uses the remote control and she is all set up with quick power. We use it on Propane tanks, we have 3, and that is enough for 2 and a half days. I would buy it again. Comes with a trickle charger for the battery.

Put together quickly, only a few parts. Didn't take all the oil that was sent to fill it up. Don't just put it all in because it was sent. Assembly instructions are about half way through the manual, but make sure to read all of it to ensure you don't miss anything. I mixed some Stabil with fuel and used the remote to start. It took off right away. So far, so good. I only started and let run for about 15 minutes. Getting it ready in case of another Hurricane Helene. Hopefully, none in the future, but ready just the same.

Well built unit, big on power. Excellent instructions, very thorough operators manual, complete with detailed parts manual. This model comes with propane and natural gas hook up lines. Ready to start up with very little effort. Only assembly is the rear wheels and the front frame supports, took me about 15 minutes to assemble.

Have had the WGen9500DF generate to cover our sporadic power outages. Had a transfer switch installed into the main breaker panel and connect directly for whole house coverage. Currently running off propane with no issues, gradually working to properly brake in the unit. Love the features but the Data Center screen is difficult to read. It would be an improvement to have a tilting screen so it was easier to read from above.
