I bought this WGen7500DF several months ago. It is a model year of 2021 and I am very impressed with the quality and how easy it is to start. I purchased this generator because it is the dual fuel unit. I really like the option of running both fuel. I have tested this unit out and feel confident that it will get me through any of the power outage challenges, that might hit our state of Michigan and especially during the winter. I also like that this unit has been rated number 1 on several sites that review all generators. I am also glad to see many other positive reviews on other sites. A connector wasn’t pushed completely IN and the engine was unable to start. It was cranking but never starting. One of my friend had the exact same problem with the exact same model out of the box. After plugging the connector, it fired up at the first attempt. Quality seems good, just need a better inspection from the factory. Other that the unit looks great and working perfectly

This generator exceeded my expectation for a backup power source for my home. Living in Florida you need to prepare for hurricanes. Having duel fuel, push / remote start capabilities is a game changer . I have piece of mind knowing I have the WGen9500df as my back up generator.

Did a lot of research to find a replacement for my 20 year old generator. The Westinghouse 9500df is top of the line for a home backup and construction use. Trickle charger for the battery, gas regulator and line, wheels and transport handle, all included in the package.

I did extensive research on the type of emergency generator we wanted for power outages in Southern Cal. This generator checked all the boxes. Even generators more expensive didn't have the features this one does, especially the duel fuel. I'm not a big fan of storing gasoline, so the propane option was spot on. I love the outlet options and if a real necessity, I can even run my class A motor home off the 50 Amp outlet. As others have stated, it's a little loud, but my food won't spoil and we won't be sitting around in the dark. Good job, Westinghouse!

I bought this 2 months ago for the upcoming hurricane season. Delivery was on time and excellent service. The guys even helped me load the box onto a dolly. Set up easy enough for someone with no experience in generators. I did hire electricians to add an RV receptacle and run through main breacker panel. Start up was simple with push button (which is the only way I've tried so far) but love that there is a remote for lazy days and manual pull/choke if other options fail. Wow is all I can say to the power this thing can handle!!!! I hope we don't need to use it, but confident it will do the job if it is needed. Highly recommend for quality and price point!

I bought this generator for a backup for my house in case of a power outage and also for potable power for my ranch. We live on the Texas gulf coast and from time to time we have a hurricane and power outage. This generator will keep my freezer and refrigerator going when there is no power. I also use the generator to run my welding machine at remote locations as well as my electric pole saw and chainsaw when I prune my trees out in the pasture. The remote start is handy when I am setting up to work on something I don't have to drop everything and go start the generator. I am very pleased with my generator.

I bought this generator few days ago, nice looking unit. It was very easy to assemble and started on the first try. I had a little issue with the propane tank hose but customer service was able to help me right away. This is a really good unit, I am pleased with the purchase.

It worked right out of the box and the instructions were amazing. At first I couldn't get the electric start to work, but I was missing the battery quick disconnect (both in the manual and on the generator). This was totally my fault. Time will tell how it works during an outage, but for now, I'm loving the features.

Living in Florida and experiencing hurricane Ian, I will not be without a generator again. After investigating several generators, we decided on this one as it checked all our boxes from gas to propane and should provide comfort in knowing your electric needs are covered.
