Finally took some time to unpack the unit, fill it with oil and gas, and hooked up the battery and powered it up. It powered up first time without any problems. Plugged an electrical tool into an outlet and it worked like a charm. I especially like the remote start/stop option and tried it out - one of the reasons why we bought the unit because it will be handy if have to start the unit on a cold winter day/evening. Planning to use the unit to power the necessities in our house if and when we loose power and feel comfortable that this unit will meet our needs whether during the cold Montana winter or summer time.

Easy to take from box, put together, and fire up. Pretty quite for running on pump gas. Have not tried propane option yet. Remote start from inside the house 30 yards away works flawlessly. The very first initial start up takes a few cranks. Just a heads up for anyone reading this have bought one or plans to. That is expected on anything brand new until primed up. After that ever time push the remote start or on the unit its self, first crank and its running. Runs the whole home perfectly.

Mostly assembled - easy to unpack and set up without assistance. Included all accessories to get it running, including tools, battery charger, oil and a funnel. Dual fuel feature is very helpful in providing an alternative fuel source. Electric start, including remote, makes starting the generator very easy. Panel is easy to read. Seems extremely well made.

We lost power about a month after purchase. It ran perfectly for 10 hours straight until power came back on. It ran SO good that at one point when the snow was coming down and the winds were howling I thought to myself "I wonder if we will lose power". Then it dawned on me we already had!

Better than expected. I bought this unit to replace an old tired unit and what a difference. The remote start in the propane is such a nice features right out of the box added the oil hooked up the propane and hit the start button it fired right up very happy with my purchase.

Recieved my Wgen9500 generator today. assembly instructions were accurate and easy to follow. The quality exceeded what I was expecting. Start up was simple and fast. Haven't put it under a full load as of yet but have no doubts to what the performance will be. Glad I checked all brands before buying and deciding to buy the Wgen 9500. Very happy customer.

Just took delivery. All parts we included, nothing missing. Legs and wheels easy to install. Instruction manual user friendly. Small enough to easily move and store. Delivered unit had an upgrade for connecting the battery, using a 2 pole plug, so it only took seconds. Con is having it in the way when adding oil. Started right up, no issues at all. Like the ease of switching from gasoline to propane without having to stop the generator. Look forward to many years of trouble free emergency power for my home.

This duel fuel works very well. It is easy to set up; just make sure you have a flexible tube funnel to add the oil and your are good to go. It is about as loud as any generator. I put it on a heavy duty garden cart with big wheels, so it is super easy to move. This is one of the best generators that has both 50 amp 240V and 30 amp 120/240V you will find that is portable.

I picked up this generator for occasional power outages at my home, and to power tools at the build site of my new self-build home. I have had it for 1 week now. The power output is sufficient for all my needs, and the option of propane fuel is great in case I run out of gasoline temporarily. The setup of the generator is straightforward. The operation is a bit loud, but reasonable. To get models with higher power output and dual fuel, a lot of bells and whistles are included that I don’t need, and honestly, would rather not have, such as remote start. But overall this is a great generator and I hope that it will last me a long time.

I just purchased it so I have not yet had an opportunity to use it during a power outage but the generator started right up in both gas and propane mode. It is heavy but very solidly built. When running it, it was actually a bit quieter than I expected for its size and capacity. I would have to agree with a number of other reviews that I previously read that the plastic wheels might need to eventually be replaced. So far I am very impressed.
