Arrived as scheduled and in perfect condition. Set up instructions were quick and easy. This dual fuel generator fired off flawlessly using both the push button and remote start. While we have yet to put it to the test with a power outage, the test run was great. I had actually expected this generator to run louder than it actually does. Impressed so far.

I recently purchased this generator to use for various functions, including backup power during power outages. The documentation was well written, and the instructions were clear. I had this generator up and running in just a few minutes. The dual fuel option is fantastic, and the battery start works perfect. The noise level is relatively quiet for a generator this size, and it provides more than enough power for any use. Overall. the combination of features, power, and ease of use make it a great generator for anyone. I am extremely happy with this generator.

I just purchased and set up this generator. Although I haven't yet had a chance to use it during a power outage, I'm confident that it will be able to handle the devices I need it to power. It was incredibly easy to set up and test. The manual was also very clear and easy to follow (they even include a "maintenance cheat sheet" so you don't need to dig through the manual to see what maintenance needs to be done on it). For the first time in my life, I'm excited for the next power outage so I can try this thing out!

I was skeptical about using this generator to power critical loads including some sensitive electronics (computer/network hardware) in my house during emergencies because of the high THD, but I think we'll be fine. I set it up today and gave it a test run on just 30A cord power to some of the electronic loads. No problems! I have not had a chance to run the loads from the circuit breaker because I need an electrician to install the hookup, but I feel confident based on the test run and online reviews about not having any problems that this genset will be a winner!

This generator was easy to assemble and operate. The ease of movement once the wheels are assembled enables the operator to move the generator to any location. Starting this generator was the easiest I have ever had. Good price for the size and power!

I bought this in January and I'm using it's pretty regular the only problem I see is with the CO sensor and it will shut my generator off even in an open area with the wind blowing. Other than that I can run it about 627 hours and only use 324 gallons of gas and it runs fine.

Easy set up and started in like 2 seconds. Haven't had an outage to use it at full capacity, but looks like it will do the job I need, such as running household necessary things like a small AC, lights, fridge, freezer etc. Moves around easily, and the dual fuel will really be a great help. Seems to be a great product. Actually, I hope I never have to use it at any length, but that is an unrealistic thought as we have power outages from storms etc.

Purchasing my first portable generator was a challenging task. After much research, I decided on the WGen9500DFc duel fuel model. Great features along with a physical size & price I could handle. The duel fuel option gives me versatility to keep things running during hurricane season here in Florida.

This seems like a great generator with lots of fantastic features. I was super excited to receive it, and to try it out. Unfortunately the brackets that mount the wheels are so far out of line after several attempts I finally was able to pry them on. Unfortunately the very heavy generator won’t roll on the wheels because they are so canted and out of line. The jury is still out as I haven’t needed to run it for a long period on the mechanical aspects. But the fit and finish on mine is rough for sure.

I've only used it once. The push button start worked fine, had plenty of power. I ran it on a propane tank, but I'm going to get a port in my natural gas line long term. Had to service because the GFCI breakers were open from the factory and I didn't realize it. They were super helpful troubleshooting.
