I bought generator 4 months ago and worked great. Now it has only 50 hours on it and it will start up just fine and maybe run 2 seconds and shut off or 5 minutes and shut off. Starts back up just fine but won’t stay running.

I am impressed with the features of this generator. Remote start, tri-fuel, etc. It has a reputation as a durable unit. I am in the process of connecting it to natural gas.

I purchased the generator during the severe Nor'easter when we lost power for several days. The generator was a life saver. It is easy to start and it ran great. I am very pleased with the product

Got generator, put on wheels, filled with oil than gas, hook up battery and one press of elect start and up and running. About 20 minutes total time and very happy

Only complaint so far is that during assembly i had to file out the hole in the frame in order to get the pin for the wheel to fit. Probably will rust there now

Bought this last week due to the Texas Winter Freeze. Didn't know exactly what I was doing but when it was received I was able to hook it up with no issues and found out it can POWER MY WHOLE HOUSE and I don't even know it.

I bought this 2 weeks ago for an emergency backup generator. I fired it up once so far! They definitely make it very easy to unbox and get it ready for operation! Hoping for a good experience. Was a good deal on price!

This generator works great with my interlock as a backup generator. I have been having an issue with push button and remote start, but working with support to resolve.

Since I recently purchased your product(Generator), I have been using it and found that it has a lot of good features. I'm sure that it will be sufficient when I experience an outage. Great product. However, I wish it was made in the USA.

This generator works beautifully as anticipated, and handles the workload with no issues. It is a lot quieter than other generators I have been exposed to.
