Purchased the 9500 Westinghouse, has everything you need to get started with the exception of house plug sold separately and gas. Trickle charger for battery and key fob start. Great value!

Was easy to set up and get running, instructions are good. We fortunately have not needed to use it for a power outage yet, but the push button start and remote start options are great!

Bought this generator as our old one would not start due to age. I am amazed at how well this worked for us especially during this Blizzard we got. Highly recommended to anyone who needs a new generator

Happy with it so far. Nice generator at a price that won't break you. Have not gotten a chance to use it and we hopefully will not need to as we bought it for home back-up. We did get it set-up and it started with no problems right out of the box.

I purchased the generator during the severe Nor'easter when we lost power for several days. The generator was a life saver. It is easy to start and it ran great. I am very pleased with the product

Very good generator. It is heavy as had a hard time moving it since it has rear plastic wheels. Things are lined up and displayed (outlets). Haven't tried it on the entire house but just the outlets to 120c

Got generator, put on wheels, filled with oil than gas, hook up battery and one press of elect start and up and running. About 20 minutes total time and very happy

Bought this slightly over a month ago and it's having issues. Do not want to provide a rating until I see how the issue is resolved with the company, but since it's mandatory, I'll put 3 stars and update afterwards.

I bought generator 4 months ago and worked great. Now it has only 50 hours on it and it will start up just fine and maybe run 2 seconds and shut off or 5 minutes and shut off. Starts back up just fine but won’t stay running.
