I bought this after seeing my brother in law's genset perform during a 4 day power outage over xmas. This product has lots of interesting features and is well built. Can't wait to use it during our next power outage. We live in the country, so we often have power outages that last more than one day. I will be able to power all my house with this unit.

It was very easy to install the wheels and feet. The manual is complete and easy to understand. I connected the generator to a propane tank and it started easily . During the 5 hour test run I tested each outlet with my meter , and they all tested perfect. This generator was shipped everything needed to run it. All I had to do was provide fuel.

I have looked at many generators for the past few months and finally chose this one due to its features and ratings. It did not disappoint at all. The model far exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this product.

This is my first time owning a generator. The installation of the wheels and feet wasn't bad despite the weight of the unit. The manual is well-written. I wanted to be prepared by testing the unit out and performing the break-in. The unit started up flawlessly and after following the recommended break-in at variable lighter loads, it ran my 4 ton AC unit along with my refrigerator and had power to spare. Very happy so far!

I bought this a few weeks before Hurricane Sally just in case. I actually never took it out of the box until after the Hurricane passed. It started right up and kept going without a hitch. We were without power for five days and I never had a problem. I did stop it to change the oil at the 20 to 25 hour mark. A fantastic generator and i look forward to hooking it up to the house with the transfer switch option.

Just took delivery. All parts we included, nothing missing. Legs and wheels easy to install. Instruction manual user friendly. Small enough to easily move and store. Delivered unit had an upgrade for connecting the battery, using a 2 pole plug, so it only took seconds. Con is having it in the way when adding oil. Started right up, no issues at all. Like the ease of switching from gasoline to propane without having to stop the generator. Look forward to many years of trouble free emergency power for my home.

Bought this for ease of mind during an outage or storm. Came well packaged, thorough instructions, and complete with everything to startup and maintain the unit, minus fuel. Haven't used it yet but I'm certain that it will do the job. Will provide a follow up review when used

This machine will provide me with some peace of mind through Florida's hurricane season. Three years ago we were hit bad and power was out for 3 days. That was an experience I never want to repeat. So, I'm ready for the next time. Plus it's a beautiful product and I love the remote!

So far this has been a great purchase. The remote start/stop feature was one of the major selling points for me. Comes almost fully assembled, just add the wheels, oil and a fuel source and your off. It takes all of 10 minutes. Don't forget to read the manual for the break in period.

Purchased due to a major power loose, hurricane Buryl in July 2024. We ran the generator for 20 hours with no load AC voltage @ 121.7, connected refrigerator voltage drop to 121.5 volts. We are in the process of puchasing a one room air conditioner , we have very high humidity where we live, north of Houston . We had power loose on May 25,26 2025 for 11 hours. Started generator connected 2 refrigerators, satellite receiver and tv. The generator ran flawlessly.
