I was able to cream butter and sugar with no issues and the flex edge beaters were great to help incorporate the ingredients together quickly. I really appreciate the coating on the beaters so it won't scratch up any bowl I am using. Bonus is that it comes with a whisk! It is quieter than my previous mixer which is great and I really love the color. Looks like a professional kitchen tool. I love this!

Worked exactly as I expected. I like the flat blades that really scrape the bowl. The cap that holds the blades is an inspired touch, keeping everything together. Love those little touches!

I also like the feature of storing the beaters on the mixer so I don't have to go & look for them when I use it.

Beaters are easy to remove/clean, and the flex edge is very useful as well. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well, not as strong as the 7 speed I had used for years. Still ok for cookie doughs that are stiff. Beaters interchangeable so if one set needing washing, can use the others, a plus for someone who cooks and bakes a lot.

I bought this online and you have failed to help me with a return. I have called many times and I have even tired to return it using your online portal. nothing seems to work. we call and we can never get through. we live chat and its a virtual assistant that doesn't help me, the virtual assistant somehow sent me to whirlpool. please help us, youre kitchen aide. you're not some dinky company, you're KITCHEN AIDE. we do not like this product. its whimpy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is good quality mixer. Here is what my wife liked about it: It's very quiet. Lightweight. Silicone coating on the beaters. She said this is a great feature. With her old mixer, with uncoated metal beaters, whatever she was mixing with stick to the metal. With these, she only had to tap them on the bowl and the residue would come off. Very comfortable grip. 6 speeds. Her only negative, which she said was not that big of a deal, was the power cord came out of the bottom of the mixer, instead of the back. This prevented her from putting the mixer upright on the counter surface.

The beaters attach to the base in a parallel fashion making storage super easy. The flex edge beaters really do make a difference...very quiet!
