[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer is great! I've had two KitchenAid Hand Mixers in the past that never let me down providing me with years of customer satisfaction. There is really nothing wrong with my old mixer, I was just intrigued by the FLEX EDGE BEATER option. When I read some reviews about "no more clanking bowl" sound and other positive feedback, I decided to purchase one. I am SO happy I did. Not only did it meet my expectations, it exceeded them! A while ago, I bought a new set of non-stick cookware that warned not to use metal utensils, it could damage the pans. This was a big problem, being we love whipped mashed potatoes! Problem solved, FLEX EDGE BEATERS proved their worth! Also, the beaters have a little spatula-type edge that helps to scrape the bowl when I make cookies. Afterwards, cleanup is a breeze too. I can't say enough about this new mixer! Another handy feature is the ability to change the direction of the cord so it doesn't interfere with the bowl or where you have it plugged in. I haven't used the whisk yet, but the attachment holder keeps everything together for when I need it. All-in-all, a wonderful addition to my kitchen at a reasonable price!

I bought this online and you have failed to help me with a return. I have called many times and I have even tired to return it using your online portal. nothing seems to work. we call and we can never get through. we live chat and its a virtual assistant that doesn't help me, the virtual assistant somehow sent me to whirlpool. please help us, youre kitchen aide. you're not some dinky company, you're KITCHEN AIDE. we do not like this product. its whimpy.

There is a really handy storage clip under the mixer that holds the beaters and the whisk, no clunky box! It also has the positive side effect of dampening the noise of the beaters against the bowl. It's whipped together batter quickly with no mess and minimal noise. Overall, the KitchenAid 6 Speed Hand Mixer was easy to use, quick to clean, powerful, and surprisingly quiet. I'd recommend it.

The beaters attach to the base in a parallel fashion making storage super easy. The flex edge beaters really do make a difference...very quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most amazing hand blender you will ever get. First of all let’s talk about how beautiful it looks. I originally was hesitant about the color I was getting but this baby blue is so beautiful and eclectic. It powers up so smooth and fast as those nice big professional mixers but I love that it’s so small and portable and most of the time I’m not even reaching for my professional countertop mixer. It blends really fast and the storage of how you keep the beaters is very smart. This is my go to for mixer because if I’m not beating something 5+ minutes, this gets the job in a matter of seconds. I cannot stress how important it is that this speeds up in the proper manner and it’s a smooth mix. Just trust me and get this you will not be disappointed.

I only used it once before leaving for an extended vacation and it worked great. Haven’t tried it in yet a stiff dough, hopefully it can handle it. Had to read up on how to attach the beaters, they each have a specific hole which I wasn’t expecting. Would recommend this model.
