The box was damaged so inside was a bit damaged. Not sure if this will cause leaking in the future. Came with ladder and pump. Material is very sturdy. Very deep and high. Need to put on flat surface. Great alternative to an in ground pool. Worth the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pool is sturdy and well made. It was anlso easy to assemble with little help. Took about 3 hours to assemble after grading the floor and ensuring there was a soft flag surface. It came wirh everything needed. The pump seems like it’s an upgraded good one, but time will tell if we need to upgrade it or not. As of now it works well. It is a large enough pool for our family of 6. We also have had some neighbors come out and spend time with the kids in the pool. Great quality pool.

I would not recommend this pool! The pool was full and the liner ripped down the side causing over 14,000 gallons of water to flood my home and yard. Intex customer service was a joke! They did send a replacement liner 3 weeks after the pool collapsed and informed me that I would have to send at least 4 of the damaged poles, at my expense, before they would send replacement poles.

The quality is exceeded my expectations honestly. Not cheaply made and it’s sturdy. We installed it fairly easily without professional help so that was a plus!

We absolutely love our new pool. It is well made and Huge. The ground has to be perfectly leveled. We put it up last year and it was way off and I was afraid of the pressure it was putting on the supports. This year we had a professional do it and then we put down sand, a tarp and foam. We put pavers under the supports and it turned out great. Intex has amazing customer service. When we put it up this year one of the straps that connects to a support started coming loose. I contacted the company, filed a warranty claim and in less than 3 weeks had a new liner. It’s a lot of work to get this monster right but it’s well worth it. The ladder is crap and dangerous. Just throw it away and buy a ladder. The sand filter does a great job and we have used it two years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in shock when this pool showed up in a semi-truck and in to big boxes. At first glace it seems like too much work but as long as you have multiple people and do not try to rush it really isn't bad. We got the pool up and partially filled one day and finished filling the next. Seems to be sturdy which is great with four children in the house. With us living in the south and still decently warm days I am hoping we get maybe a month of usage before winter. The big test will be the summer but so far I give it a 5 out of 5

This pool is a piece of garbage, as is the company who makes it. I bought this last year and it came out of the box with a hole in the liner. The manufacturer said that is why they ship it with a patch and refused to honor the warranty. This year, after getting it filled the liner is split around one of the hose outlets. With where it is split, it is impossible to patch. Trying various putty products marketed to cure under water, flex tape doesn't help. The filter system is ridiculous for a pool this large. There is no skimmer, there is no way to vacuum the pool without investing in a robotic one that doesn't need to be attached to the filter. It also does not have enough power to circulate the water and filters poorly. Intex makes proprietary size hoses so you can't buy a regular filter for it. The winter cover had a huge rip in the middle and the rope holes are ripping after one season. It may be tempting to get this as a middle of the road option but save your money and buy a real pool.

Got this pool last year through online order. All components were complete and arrived on time. Very good seller. I highly recommend. The pool is massive and exceeds expectations. Pool took around 3 hours to assemble but you need to prep and level the ground before assembly. Pool been up and running since last year. no problems so far.
