Very nice pool.Perfect size for a large family. The hardest part is getting the ground completely level. Assembly took approximately 3 hours with two people. I purchased the skimmer that Intex offers it's a great addition.. I love the sand filter and we'll be adding the saltwater system soon.

Pros: Love the size of the pool. Cons: some metal frame parts are rusting, motor is too small to keep up, 3rd year pool sprung a leak. No known reason for this. Right now just pacifying with patches to use one more season maybe. Would spend my money to get a good one.

First, 3.5 years and my pool is still in great shape. In my location and I suspect many other homes do 2 things when you install your pool. Level your ground with a laser level .. It is that critical! Second forget concrete pavers of any size or thickness. First time almost all mine broke. I strongly suggest using pressure treated 6- 2x10's x 16 feet in length. By using this support system the load is transferred throughout the board and will never collapse, break or fail! Again, laser level these boards. I have ran my cheap little Intex pump non stop 24/7. It keeps my pool clean and the Intex 2801E pool cleaner I let it run continually unless we are swimming. It's also the best way of spreading the liquid chlorine I use. I don't believe in tabs. The CYA will eventually get to high for the chlorine to work. Again strongly recommend you use and pay attention to what "Trouble Free Pools" website recommend. Forget the useless pool stores. In 10 years I've never had a problem taking care of my pool. If you ever have a leak, "patch it" you don't throw in-ground pools away if they have a leak ... GEESH! And they cost $50,000 Enjoy your new Intex pool, I have and my family and guest do to. Oh yes I use my house as a vacation rental too .. No problems.

We absolutely love our new pool. It is well made and Huge. The ground has to be perfectly leveled. We put it up last year and it was way off and I was afraid of the pressure it was putting on the supports. This year we had a professional do it and then we put down sand, a tarp and foam. We put pavers under the supports and it turned out great. Intex has amazing customer service. When we put it up this year one of the straps that connects to a support started coming loose. I contacted the company, filed a warranty claim and in less than 3 weeks had a new liner. It’s a lot of work to get this monster right but it’s well worth it. The ladder is crap and dangerous. Just throw it away and buy a ladder. The sand filter does a great job and we have used it two years.

I love this pool, I've had it 4 summers and have had no problems with it. I actually put a wall skimmer on it that I bought separately, and I eventually bought a 2HP pump because the one it comes with is a little weak it really needs the extra boost of more horse power. But you can make it work as I did one year, but the 2HP really pushes the water through the pool quickly. I leave this up all year, I've never taken it down and just cover it in the winter. Its fine, I know it says to take it down but you dont have to when the ice freezes the sides have flexibility so they can move when the ice expands. I do train it to the bottom of the scimmer though, so the sides will bend in a bit, which gives it more flexibility in the winter. Also I through a bunch a shock in and cover it. But the pools great, no leaks in 4 years. Well worth the money! Good luck!

I am leaving 2 Stars because this is how long it lasted before leaking somewhere at a seam on the bottom. I am losing about 6" of water every 10 days. I have to fill it every 10 days. I did everything right as written and recommended, it just wasn't made very good especially at the seams. Im pretty upset about this as the prep work for the ground/pad and running electric was quite extensive.

My Family super excited for us to be able to put up this coming spring And enjoy swimming and having family time together. Delivery was fantastic with a very friendly driver. The pool comes with everything you need to get up and running for summer. This is going to be a great addition to our summer fun! It came with a filter and everything needed to set it up. Just need a load of sand and water and you are ready to go.

I purchased this pool in 2014 and it’s still going strong. Rust is just now starting to form on the corners where the liner is. We have had to replace the hose that connects the pump but I think that’s good for a seven year old pool. I was looking at the price of it now and I’m shocked at how high they have gotten. I paid $899 on roll back. If you are considering purchasing this pool you will be completely satisfied. Putting the pool together is not bad at all. My husband, dad and myself put it together not problem. The ground work on the other had is not easy and it definitely has to be level.
