My wife and I own a two-story 1926 bungalow. Our first floor is open from the living room, to dining room, to the kitchen. I needed a window unit that could effectively cool these three rooms with the help of a pedestal fan (800-900 sq. ft.) We purchased the 12K BTU WhisperTech™ which is rated for 550 sq. ft. This unit is nothing short of amazing. With the help of said pedestal fan to push the air throughout our first floor, we can keep the temperature around 73-74 on a 85+ degree day. The unit looks good in our space, isn't terribly loud, and was extremely easy to install. I would highly recommend Windmill to anyone in the market.

Purchased the 8000 btu unit for my grand kids to use in there tiny home here in Arizona. He was Able to install and have running in matter on an hour. Was telling me had temp inside down to 66F very quickly. Much cooler than needed but very capable even in our extreme heat. So very happy with the purchase.

I didn’t know it was possible to love an AC so much!! It is very sleek and looks sooo much better in my window than the old monstrosity of a unit I had before. Intuitive to use, especially the remote/app. My favorite part is that the air comes out of the top of the unit, so I can sit on my couch and not get blasted by air. Subtle yet powerful in every way.

This is our second windmill- we bought one in 2022 for our daughter’s nursery, and another this year for our bedroom. Both are the smallest version. They are great. Attractive as an AC unit can be, relatively quiet, able to be controlled remotely via app (great to turn on when you’re on the way home!), and best of all- they don’t beep when you push buttons or change settings, so ideal for a nursery!

I love my new Windmill AC, especially being able to check my apartment's temperature while I'm at work and adjust the thermostat remotely so things are cool by the time my young family gets home. Even after I had problems with a few things, the support team was absolutely incredible and super responsive to all my needs. I felt very well taken care of, and I'm so thrilled that I tried out this new company!

I had a hard time deciding on what AC to replace my recently purchased noisy Haeir. I ran into a friend and she suggested Windmill. I had been looking at all the AC’s online. I took the leap for the Windmill whisper tech. I couldn’t be happier. So so quiet. It also cools two of the rooms 300 Sq feet in my small condo. The suggestion to use Taskrabbit made the process even easier. Setup, disposal of my old new AC and helped set it up with my phone. I can’t say anything bad about this AC. Worth the dollars.

Styling - excellent Ease of install - very good Quietest setting - extremely quiet Noise at high fan - quieter than a regular AC, but louder than you may expect App features/functions - great App setup - bad. First one has to get the correct app ,and if you set up the other app you can’t use same email.

Installation was simple and the unit is attractive, although maybe a little bigger than I anticipated. I also expected it to be much quieter, which was maybe wishful thinking but it sounds like any other AC to me, not necessarily quieter or smoother like it was advertised.

We have a kitchen/living room area with a huge, arched ceiling. Any air conditioner powerful enough to cool the area was too big for our windows. Enter Windmill. It kept us cool during the current heat wave caused by the global warming that many idiots still claim doesn't exist, and it looks great. A friend saw ours and immediately ordered one for herself. Set up was pretty straightforward , and actually easier than my old window units. I am still unsure how to install the carbon filter : there was no illustration or description of which side of the filter should face outward/inward. Other than that, it was easy breezy!
