I love that the air sprays up and not on your face, that you can control it with an app and set uo atomatic starts, that the face lights go off for sleep, and it cools well. We needed a bracket to install in our vinyl windows and used lots of white duct tape to seal aroind the edges.

Great air conditioner, definitely worth the money. Don’t expect the timer to work properly on the phone app, use Alexa to set your turn on and off timer.

Price was a little higher than I wanted tp pay. But the overall quality and many extra option available on the unit were far superior to the basic brands and models out there.

Great unit....great cooling. A bit heavy (as expected) for installation, but so very pleased with this purchase.

Good but not totally clean. If your window has this lip it would still work but it would sit on the lip and be held in place by the window, so I had to go to Home Depot to get a piece of wood about the thickness of my fingers to prop it up so it wouldn’t be sitting on the lip. Also I have a medium window, the unit still looks very clean on the inside and outside compared to others but it isn’t perfect their are gaps on the bottom and light leaks through the gaps even through the panels, to achieve that clean look with no gap a small window with perfect width would be perfect because the AC itself fills up the window. The noise of the AC is consider quite for a AC unit but is it the quietness of a fan NO, but if you don’t mind it looking completely clean like how they advertised you should be fine, it’s does the job of a AC unit it gets the room cold. Installation is pretty simple took me probably 30 mins to finished it which doesn’t include the Home Depot trip. The AC is pretty heavy probably 60 pounds.

I have been wanting this for about a year and was very excited about purchasing this . The set up and installation was a piece of cake . The instructions were very intuitive and had no issues with any of the packaging or instructions. The presentation of this Windmill is premier no doubt the best packaging I’ve ever seen ! But …. This is a really loud unit and this is primarily why I bought this because my old ac unit was super loud (68db!) and I wanted an ac that would be whisper quiet . This was not it ! I honestly thought there would not be that huge of a difference from the air conditioner unit and the inverter unit but I was mistaken . Although this unit is quieter than my old one it is not as quiet as I desire . Sadly I will be returning this BUT I will be upgrading to the Windmill Inverter Whisper Tech . The whole presentation and welcoming on board of Windmill’s family was what sold me with this company and I want to be a part of something really good ! So I will not be getting rid of my app and will be patiently waiting on my new Windmill Inverter Whisper Tech! By the way , I highly recommend Windmill !

I really liked the AC. It was easy to install, easy to connect to the app and looks nice. However, only thing I recognized was that they sent me a older model- which is assembled in 2021. Not sure it matters, but it didn’t assembled the same year one I had in the bedroom so I had to download the different app which is annoying. But overall, it is a good air conditioner.

%231 It was ranked %231 for quiet operation, WRONG. %232 You can tell it's built well but not as cold as my old unit! This was expensive and totally disappointed in Windmill.

Just as noisy as my old one. About 55db at 10 ft and thats on lowest setting. Look elsewhere is "quite" is near the top of your checklist. Probably a great AC otherwise. Build quality seems pretty good and the side panels are certainly more robust than others. However, it'll be going back because it's too and I can get one half the price to be that loud.

Unpacking, everything was still in packaging as new so as described i thought i was unpacking a brand new A/C. The outside of the unit is dirty and the filter was filthy. It was used. Desperate need of an A/C. Going to tey it. Praying it works. Company should be ashamed. I paid $400 for a used unit.
