this is advertised to be super quiet but it’s louder than my old AC unit

Works good, it's quieter than most for sure, I just wish it was a tad quieter. Cools the room nicely.

It was so easy to install and it looks very nice. I love how it blows the air up so it moves into the room quickly.

Best window AC I've ever had

The directions were super easy to follow and the app that allows you to control it with your phone is everything! The unit works well and fast. And there is no weird a/c residue in the air. Love, love this unit!!! Will purchase one for my bedroom next.

This is a fairly quiet and easy to install unit, but I would say placement affects the usefulness. Where I have it I need to use a fan to disperse the cool air. A smaller room with lower ceilings might not have that issue. Also... The eco mode is pretty useless unless you put something like masking tape between it temp probe and the coils, grid whatever it's sitting next to. It picks up the temperature of the metal more than the room temperature. Once I put masking tape between them it worked better. I do like that I can control it with an app, I just wish I didn't get notifications trying to sell me more stuff. Just tell me when to take care of the filter...

This is a very nice and quiet a/c. And cools my apartment efficiently. Besides being energy efficient, what I love most is that I can control the temperature while I am at work for my dog. I can turn it off and on while am away from home and I love that feature. It has been keeping me and my pet cool during the summer heat waves. Great buy!

I don't like the 'eco' mode. The AC will kick on for a second, then kick off, and then kick on again. It's hard to sleep with the random on and off of this device. Plus, I cough and choke when it sucks air in with the on-off business. Also, it feels like it isn't efficiently cooling as much anymore. When the 'cool' mode is chosen, I've felt warm arm coming in.

It is super easy to install. They make the side panels easy to set up with simple instructions. I am a 54 year old woman and was able to install by myself. it is quiet and keeps the room cool, on top of that it is attractive compared to so many air conditioners. I am very happy with my purchase.

Love the way it looks aesthetically. It doesn’t fit perfect in my window but I made it work. (I live in an old NYC building). I was concerned with the air blowing upwards but it has cooled down my place better than any A/C I’ve owned prior. Makes sense as hot air rises. Absolutely love the convenience of the app. I’m able to turn it on before I get home so I’m coming home to a cool space. Overall worth the money and might buy a 2nd one.
