I am thoroughly impressed with this air conditioner. I sleep near it and it's the quietest I have found to date. Customer service is great and Maggie was very helpful with replacing a noisy machine. The 6k keeps my smaller room evenly cooled and the top vent is great as it no longer blows on me when I am sleeping. 5+

The WhisperTech A/C was very easy to install. The mobile app is very easy to use and convenient to turn A/C on to cool off space before arriving home. There were some glitches with loud noise from original unit. Customer service is superior, even though only email contact. Response time is almost immediate and highly focused on problem solving. When the problem could not be solved, a replacement unit was sent out immediately, and return label provided for original unit. The replacement process was seamless. I would not hesitate to purchase another unit. I wish FedEx was as competent with delivery. The WhisperTech is definitely worth it as far as a quiet unit even on high setting.

Recently purchased my second windmill AC—bought the 1st last summer and it was great, so we got a second one once our old one conked out. Had a taskrabbit install since they hang over the street, but it literally took 10-15 minutes to install. They’re pretty quiet, look really sleek, and cool our rooms quite quickly. Interested to see how long these guys last! Hopefully a long time.

The Windmill AC was a life saver! Originally purchased in late June for my bedroom. Was perfect for keeping the temperature during the night. Fast forward… the AC in my condo died just days before my area experienced triple digit temperatures. The Windmill helped with keeping me comfortable. Then, it froze up. Windmill Customer Service resolved the problem within hours of receiving my email about the problem & shipped a replacement that same day. Great product! Great Customer Service!

Just a regular AC. I cried twice trying to get this thing in the window. It works nicely, not too loud and definitely powerful. The decorative panels look cheap and don’t sit flush to the window. I wanted to return it but that would have been too much of a hassle, and really I was just mad at how difficult the install was for me. I live in a brownstone with normal windows.

I've been pleased thus far with my Windmill window ac unit. Installation was easy, like how the unit blends into the room, and enjoy how quiet it is during operation as well as how quickly it cools the room. Had an issue with the first unit but customer service was excellent and remedied the problem. Looking forward to continued use of this great unit.

Replaced two portable AC units with two Windmill Air AC units. 75% less noise, hardly impacted my electric usage. The unique design cools the rooms quickly and doesn’t blow on us. I still can’t believe that during a three day 90 degree hot spell these units kept our 1800 square foot first floor cool and humidity free! I can’t recommend this product highly enough! Cool design, works from your phone, quiet, affordable, super easy to set up (literally 7 minutes from open box to running in the window) and excellent customer support!

Received the unit, packaging was secure and slick and install was an absolute breeze. Connecting to the network was easy (side request, would love home assistant integration so that I can build in more automations in my home). Once I turned it on I experienced an annoying rattling noise and a deep vibration that felt like my home was going to shake off the foundation. I went to contact support over the phone/chat and, unfortunately they don't have this option. Contacted support via email instead which I hate because this is normally day to day communication instead of immediate. Wowzers trousers. This customer support team is next level. I received a 4 paragraph email within minutes of my email. It was so fast I thought it was automated. It was so thorough that I am still struggling to comprehend the typing speed of the individual (Skye) that assisted me. The team went back and forth with me for quite a few emails and were unable to fix the issue. No worries! They sent me a new one, no arguing, no questions. Just help and accountability. I literally cannot ask for more from a customer service group. On this alone, Windmill AC is worth it. The product itself is beautiful (we all know that) and the interface is easy. I particularly love that the air is pushed on the sides and top, instead of from the front. This means people nearby don't get blasted with cold air, i.e. you don't have a freezing cold spot right next to the AC which I had with every other window and portable unit I've had/experienced in the past. Love this product, love this team. 100% recommend to all.

Just received my air conditioner. It's actually the 1st AC unit I've ever owned, I've tried to stay away from air conditioning but it's just been too hot these days. So when I did research I wanted to find something that was quiet and had a nice look kind of unair conditioning looking if that makes sense. Even from when you receive it and see the packaging you know it's very different. I love it and I really love that I have it connected to my Alexa or I could use their app the app to turn it on or off at any time. Or set it up so that it will turn on automatically if it's a specific temperature in the room. It does say in the directions that you need 2 people to install it, so I ended up hiring a task rabbit which went very well but I will say after watching him him install it I think I probably could have installed it myself. It took him all of all of maybe 4 minutes to do it. He asked what brand it was because he said this was the easiest to install because of the way the install kit is prebuilt into the unit. He said he's going to buy one for himself!
