We purchased two windmill units last year and have been very happy with them. They cool the room efficiently, are quiet, and look nice. We recently had a problem with one of the units and Windmill customer service was great. They were quick to respond and fix the problem.

It is really a great unit. It runs really quite and good air flow. I couldn't' be more pleased with an air condition unit. Thanks fore giving me such a great product. and I would give this unit a top rating in design and so quite. ron in Manassas VA.

I am so impressed with this air conditioner! My son needed something small and easy to install in his bedroom window and something attractive looking! It was not only easy to install, it is easy to use and quiet,,,,huge plus! His room is now nice and cool!

We were thinking about putting another split unit in our office. We had arranged to get it installed. Then we saw a commercial for Windmill! We ordered it the same day and it was delivered the next day. Install was simple! We love the A/C!!! It’s so quiet! The app is easy to install and we are so happy! Got a unit that was noisier than advertised, likely a shaky compressor. Messaged Windmill customer service. It was the greatest customer service experience I have ever had! Every response was within minutes. Within a day they had shipped me new unit. It works great, quite quiet. A+

This AC unit is great. I love that you can specify the temperature and also put it on eco mode to keep a stable temperature. The app is so convenient too. Aesthetically it’s not an eye sore which is good and it was fairly easy to install. My only complaint is that it’s definitely not as quiet as the website claims it to be.

I am in love with this AC. I got the 10,000 BTU whisper tech for my bedroom and I love it. It was so easy to install and I love the way it looks compared to traditional air conditioners. My bedroom stays icy cold now! And it’s not so loud that I can’t sleep. I love being able to use the app to turn it on before I get home so by the time I get there the room is cold. And using my phone as the remote I don’t even have to get up to adjust anything ! I know where I’ll be all summer!

We were searching for some new window ac units that were quiet, small enough to fit our new windows and attractive. While doing a lot of research, I saw windmill mentioned in several reviews online from reputable sources and so decided to look into them. I was having a lot of trouble finding nice looking 10K btu units that would fit our windows (in fact, I had to give away our only 2yo LG unit bc it didn’t fit the windows in our new apt) and was very pleasantly surprised that the 10j Windmill was small enough to fit! We decided to go with 2 smaller 6k btu units first in our smaller rooms to test out and were thrilled. They looked so much nicer than normal AC, we’re quiet and can be controlled on our phones. We then took the plunge with a 10k unit and couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s so quiet and our apt finally feels like it has central AC! Would 10/10 recommend.

The unit arrived quickly It is simply excellent. It cools the room very well. It’s quiet. The design is really special in that it looks and feels modern and clean, both from inside and outside. The instruction manual is really easy to follow. After carefully considering many competing manufacturers’ products, I believe that I made a good decision in purchasing this Windmill AC. The only reason that I didn’t give it 5 stars, is that I have triple track storm and screen windows and installation was difficult. At first I tried mounting it flush with the storm window on a north facing window. I then realized that, when it rains hard, the rain will penetrate the accordion style side curtains and flood my window sills. So I moved it flush with the interior double hung window. When I lower my outer-most storm window, it hits the top of the AC and leaves 8” wide openings on both sides. I cut plexiglass to fill these gaps, but, because the unit is rounded, the fit is not perfect. It remains to be seen how much rain will infiltrate my window sill.

I'm impressed with the power of this unit. It replaced a very no-name department store air conditioner of supposedly similar power, but this new one is a beast. I live in a very small, old, one storey home, so we just use two window units to cool the place. It's noticeably more comfortable and quieter than the old unit. I am actually able to set the thermostat on it to 74 instead of 68.
