The Windmill team was amazing to work with. I received my AC and noticed it was making a buzzing noise. After some troubleshooting with the Windmill team, they offered to send me a new one to ensure I was fully satisfied. All interactions were extremely attentive and helpful. The window unit now works nicely as well!

This little AC unit is really impressive. We installed it in the guest bedroom so that the little noise it does make doesn't bother us when we sleep. But the white noise is in fact very subtle. What's really amazing is that the one little unit in an upstairs bedroom is cooling almost the whole house (about 1,200 sq ft). The cool air and reduced humidity reaches down the stairs and reaches at least two-thirds of the main floor as well as perfectly cools the entire upstairs. It is exceptionally quiet inside and out, which is a huge bonus. We have only had it installed for a few days, but the Temps have been 85-90° each day and it remains noticeably cooler inside the whole house.

This AC unit is amazing! My husband and I moved and had to replace 3 AC units at once so I scoured the internet for the best one that also wasn't going to be a pain to install and hey, a bonus if it looked sleek! Enter Windmill. The install guide was clear, the unit looks amazing, and it cools our rooms in no time. We are SO happy with this AC unit and once we actually get the rest of our apartment unboxed, we anticipate many compliments from friends. Highly recommend!

This AC is quiet which is very important when you work from home and are on the phone all day. I love the remote and the Eco setting—other AC’s are noisy and make the room way too cold. It’s much easier to customize the temp with the remote and Eco setting combined. Very happy with our purchase!

I am so thrilled with my unit it works wonderful. I only had one small issue with the thermostat not registering the temperature correctly but the company's customer service was quick to fix the issue and satisfy me 100%. I would recommend this unit and or company to anybody they really do stand behind their product!

We love the ability to control the unit from the app on our phones (particularly when we're not home for the cats) and that the air vents up from the machine (not from the front, which is essential since the AC is next to my WFH desk and I don't need an air machine all up in my hair when on Zoom calls). The clean/modern aesthetic is also a plus.

The customer service is top ace. My AC was malfunctioning and wouldn’t stay on even though it was just in ‘Cool’ mode and I submitted a ticket to get the issue resolved. My guess is this was a known malfunction that could happen, so they ended up replacing my AC on the house. Couldn’t ask for better service. Would recommend to anyone.

We started off a little rough during shipping and made the air conditioner a little noisy but without hesitation they ask for some pictures and some video of the issues and they sent me out a new one their customer service is superb Thank you very much for taking care of the situation so quick

What I love about this AC: I can sit near the AC unit and not have cold air blowing on me - it is directed up! It is truly the quietest window AC I have ever encountered. It was not as heavy as typical window AC's of the same size. While it is still an AC in the window in the middle of the room, it just looks nicer. It is much sleeker and modern looking, just not such an eyesore.

My husband and I recently purchased a unit for our bedroom and we absolutely love it! It’s beautiful and so functional—from the packaging to the actual setup and use of it! We’d recommend this to anyone. It’s so worth the buy. We’ve purchased a few AC’s throughout the years and we’ve always had leaks because the AC units don’t fit perfectly into the window and it’s ruined our walls—this is not an issue at all with Windmill. Truly an amazing product!
