I haven’t actually had a chance to use the AC yet, so I can only tell how it looks so far…and it looks great indeed! Instead I would comment on what I have experienced through ordering the unit. As far as the customer service goes, it is the best! I had hard time receiving the original shipping; Windmill took my troublesome situation very seriously and arranged an alternative shipment for me. It was very sweet and reassuring. You might know how it would feel when somebody would listen to you and respond to you with sympathy in some hard time, and in this case, that somebody actually solve the problem you are having as well! So if you ever hesitate purchasing this product for its weight or price or whatever that comes in your way, don’t be worried. A) they will help you receive the product in a great shape. B) it definitely is worth the money you would spend even just for the quality of the service! I know what I’m saying. Oh and about the quality, please read other peoples review.

I bought 4 of these units for our bedrooms and these are by far the best AC units we’ve ever owned! They work great, keep the rooms cool, SO quiet, and they also look amazing!! We are beyond happy with these and we tell all of our family and friends to buy them. Love them!!

Best looking AC unit in the business. The setup for my iPhone app took a while to figure out but now I'm running this little unit from my phone and it keeps my house cool af. Very glad I spent a couple extra $$ vs the competition bc this one is a beauty in my window!

I’m so happy with my AC! It’s so clean looking and quiet. The app works really well and Alexa pairs with it quickly and easily. But honestly, the icing on the cake was the customer service! Someone got back to me within minutes of an email. If my apartment was bigger I’d get more! So worth it.

I rarely write reviews, even when the product is great, but Windmill is an exception. Not only is the product solid, the customer service is the best I've experienced. Very patient, knowledgable, immediate responses to several questions I had setting the AC up and getting it to run smoothly. The app automations just don't work at all about 1% of the time. It works great until it just... totally ignores the rules that were set. Just now I encountered a new problem, the app wouldn't communicate with the unit at all. I tried to manually set it to fan mode because the automation didn't work, and the app insisted it changed to fan mode, but the ac unit itself was still in cool mode. The ac itself works fine but I'm very angry about the spaghetti code app.

I purchased two units. The price was a bit higher than I expected, but at least my home will be cool. They were much heavier in the box than I expected. Hopefully they will be easy and light weight enough for me to install. Sadly, I haven’t unboxed/ installed yet, as our weather is still cold. Fingers crossed for a great experience.

I recently purchased 2 Windmill air conditioner units. They were very easy to install without taking up a lot of space. The look is very sleek. The units cool our entire home and are so quiet I don't even notice they are running. Unfortunately one unit was damaged in shipping. I contacted Windmill by emai and they responded immediately with a solution. Within days I received a new unit. I would highly recommend Windmill air conditioners, not only for their quality and efficiency, but also their outstanding customer service.

This is our second windmill- we bought one in 2022 for our daughter’s nursery, and another this year for our bedroom. Both are the smallest version. They are great. Attractive as an AC unit can be, relatively quiet, able to be controlled remotely via app (great to turn on when you’re on the way home!), and best of all- they don’t beep when you push buttons or change settings, so ideal for a nursery!

Latest in design and technology. It looks great inside and outside has a nice design that is simple and easy on the eye. Works perfect with low noise level (can hear tv and sleep well) and has a feature of blowing the fan upward. Remote control.. makes it easy to set at ECO temp and it maintains that level perfectly. It is as close to central air in a window unit as your going to get. Best I have ever seen!! Well priced for the quality and performance. Extremely easy to install too!
