Love the look of this and the installation was pretty easy! Having an app for your ac makes it feel so fancy but it’s also so nice to be able to set it to whatever temp you need before getting into the room. It’s a great machine and blows the air up so it’s not blowing directly on you but is cooling the whole room.

I haven't bought this yet, but can't wait for it to get here, because it's hot as heck in NYC currently. I like the advertised 'easy install', but the installation video on the product site left me uneasy -- there should be at least two people installing this AC in the AD!

Really love the Windmill air conditioners. This is my third. Easy to install and very efficient. One complaint with this one....the two I bought last year came with a cover to cover it in the winter months. I don't know why but the one purchased this year did not come with that.

We had a windmill air conditioner we bought a year ago . We installed it this year and had a problem with the unit. I contacted the support team at Windmill. Maggie was very helpful thru the whole process. We tested the unit in several different ways.To no success so they replaced the unit. I bought one of the small units for a bedroom we use as a television and entertainment room. It cools the room perfectly and is quiet enough for us to enjoy television in the same room. So I purchased a second unit for our master bedroom to replace an older floor standing unit, and it has been a better solution for us in that room too. Great little AC, easy to install and easy to control from app on phone.

The design of the WindMill air conditioner is advanced , leading to a quiet- running, highly effective system. The visual presentation is also very nice .It is a very reliable system - highly recommend.Customer Service is wonderful be it for setting up the AC out of the box or getting replacement air filters- thank you

I had to buy a new AC because of a major recall on the brand I had. I'm really liking this unit. I feel like it cools more completely with less effort, it's quieter than most units I've ever had, and it's much nicer looking which isn't important but nice to have. My only, only wish is that they sold a support bracket for it. Needed or not I always feel better with it and my last brand had one designed for it so I got spoiled. :)

I had an issue with my original purchase and one day the device stopped working on me. It just started blowing hot air during a heat wave. The product was only purchased less than a year and I was very disappointed. Out of all days, it stopped working during a heat wave. Nevertheless, as I reached out to windmill customer support they were able to expedite and resolve the issue immediately. Thank you for resolving my issue and saving me from this summer heat.

Recently had trouble with my 8000 icing up. Contacted Windmill service and they were very helpful. Gave me some ideas to try to fix the problem., none worked. They decided to replace my unit even though it was out of warranty. Cannot say enough good things about this company and its products.

I couldn't be more pleased with my new Windmill AC. It's very quiet, cools my home office (which is in direct sun most of the day) in record time, and was relatively easy to install. It's competitively priced and was promptly shipped directly to my home. I would readily buy it again and recommend it without hesitation.
