We got this for our NYC apartment and love it. It came with everything we needed to set it up, and it looks as chic as an ac can in the window. It's also well-insulated enough to stay up year-round, and of course it keeps the apartment nice and cool in the summer.

The design is simplistic so it doesn't stand out like a sore thumb in my bedrooms and living room. - The low humming as opposed to louder clanky sounds of the other typical brands is the selling point for me! I also like that I'm able to program it from my phone so on those hot days I can have the house cooled down before getting home. - customer service was also very accommodating and punctual. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase.

Before purchasing the Windmill AC Unit, I tried a more established brand and ended up returning it within two weeks—it was loud, difficult to use, and barely made a difference in the room's temperature. As soon as I installed the Windmill, the difference was immediate. The air felt fresher, the sound level is perfect (more like subtle white noise than an AC unit), and the sleek design fits seamlessly into my space.The app is also incredibly user-friendly, which makes controlling everything easy. I would choose this unit again and again over other brands. My only suggestion would be to offer additional window insulation or panel sizes—my window is unusually wide, so I had to DIY and cut extra insulation to make it work.Aside from that minor issue, I absolutely love this AC, and the customer service team has been amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

We love Windmill so much, we retired our perfectly good Frigidaire air conditioner for our kids' room because we wanted something quieter, more intuitive and energy efficient after we bought our fist Windmill for our dining room several years ago and it cooled down the whole house. The Windmill AC actually looks good in your space, it's easy to install, and the app control is genuinely convenient. I definitely found it useful to control from bed. Cooling-wise, it does a solid job for small to medium rooms and stays pretty quiet! I've experienced other window ACs and they were super loud in comparison.
