Windmill 8k WhisperTech is super easy to set up thanks to a step-by-step detailed graphic instruction booklet. Extremely quiet delivering a minimum of white noise and uniquely jets the air upward into the room. Controls are intuitive. And it is beautiful to look at and effortlessly compliments the room. I highly recommend this unit.

I love this AC, it cools my whole downstairs very quickly and is so quiet. Easy to install and more sleek looking than other ACs. I had an issue with my AC at first that it was making a weird noise and they were extremely responsive and helpful in fixing the issue.

We had a windmill air conditioner we bought a year ago . We installed it this year and had a problem with the unit. I contacted the support team at Windmill. Maggie was very helpful thru the whole process. We tested the unit in several different ways.To no success so they replaced the unit. We ordered our first windmill product about a month ago. Setup was really easy and the design of the AC unit is aesthetic. After a few weeks we had a issue with what we think is the compressor. We immediately reached out to the company and got a quick response. After troubleshooting a few things we realized that the unit had to be replaced. Customer service was top-notch and they really stood by their product. They shipped us a new unit and everything is working perfectly now. Would highly recommend to all.

The thoughtfulness of the design and installation process was fantastic! Little things like them including a pair of nice siccors was impressive.We had a problem with our unit's fan rattling and after working with customer service (who were great) and sending them videos they replaced it with no problems.My only complaint was that they should allow for larger video sizes. 10 MB is way too small to capture the issue.

I've owned 4 Windmill window air conditioners for several years and highly recommend them. I'm a picky consumer and I do a lot of research and expect good quality and this is the only brand that I will buy. It's a family company that truly cares about their products and customer service. The units are very easy to install. The units disperse the cool air in a way that is much more effective than conventional units. The remote control and the app makes setting and making changes very easy. The app reminds you when to clean the filter and it's quick and simple. The overall design is attractive and it sits in your window looking pretty and doing its job while blending nicely into the background. If you have any questions or need any help their customer service is top-notch.

i bought two 8,000 BTU units for my apt (which is about 650 square feet) and they work so well! i have one in the living room and one in my bedroom, and it is MORE than enough to the point that i only run one at a time. installation was so easy. highly recommended.

We got this for our primary bedroom since it is so expensive to cool our entire home through central air for one room. We love the look of Windmill units compared to other window based options. It’s super effective, and cools the room really quickly while also being quiet. Installation was also very easy! Would absolutely recommend!

We ordered 2 units and one came making a weird noise the other wasn’t making so we reached out to customer service about the noise and after doing some trouble shooting it was determined we needed a new unit. They were speedy at replacing the unit at no extra cost to us. We will certainly be back for any future needs we may have!

As luck would have it, I received a defective AC the first time around. Product support got on it right away, with numerous communications. Today I received a full replacement (actually upgraded from 8.000 to 10,000 BTU's). It works like a charm and cools things off incredibly fast and efficiently! This is our first AC (hard to believe, as we are in our 70's and somehow got by with fans). We are total converts! Anyway, our whole experience with Windmill and the staff has been perfect.
