[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought this dryer and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I love that it stacks on top of the matching washing and can be controlled via the washer control panel. However it does seem to leave clothes slightly damp on smart settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] you cannot see the controls! almost impossible to find, almost invisible until you hit the power button. on the dryer, they don’t light up at all, not a defect that’s a confirmed design feature. at any price point, you should be able to easily and instinctively see the controls, this is inexcusable. do they not market testes new designs? our last generation, samsung washer and dryer are great, big logical controls, angled up at the user, and everything lights up. this is a deal killer for me and i do not buy recommendation. oh yeah, they wash well and dry good. but hard to tell for the controls if you’re an eco-mode, which takes forever to dry or regular mode, just not intuitive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these as a stackable & also purchased the control kit to be able to control the dryer from the washer, at first it did not work when they were installed, after a tech was sent out, it was fixed & works well. As for my 4 Star review, some settings on drying like the Normal seem to turn off prior to items being dry, so the best setting to use is the Time Dry to avoid that happening.

This dryer is smart enough to stop when the clothes are dry and saves energy. I became a life long devotee of Samsung as i'm very much impressed with this piece.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The grey finish oozes luxury and craftsmanship, is the first thing you'll notice for its understated beauty and elegance. The aesthetics is simply nice with chrome only present on the control knob, around the washer & door. This color has a stunning reflection and appears to be made of liquid metal. The performance of the washer in washing and drying your clothes is just as important as how they look. Simply put, it excel ls at carrying out its primary duty. Despite the fact that I haven't yet laundered a thick blanket, I am confident it will fit, which is adequately big to handle huge loads like comforters.

For example, we cloth diaper and on the normal cycle it never gets them completely dry so we have to re-run the cycle or put it on time dry afterwards. You would think the temp sensitivity or strength would adjust.

The AI technology don't work never dries my clothes. I have to use the time dry to dry any clothes
