[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had Samsung washers over 10 years. My previous one was coming close to 10 so had to change. I was still pleased with her bit heating element was going out too frequently and got tired of it. Otherwise, it was still functional. This new AI model looks very modern, but doesn’t dry as thoroughly as previous model. I used to dry in about 40 min. Now to get the same results, I have to run a full cycle for one full hour. The lint basket needs to be cleaned out before every cycle (has an alarm you need to clear). It kind of annoying if you ran something super light that you know you don’t need to but you have to go though the steps. It also had a strange noise as some parts are rubbing against each other when I got it. I thought I had to call the tech, but it got better. Not to mention that the original order came defective as a known issue. Samsung readily replaced it, but I never thought Samsung would damage its name with this level of service. I think all defective or potentially defective items should be inspect I’ve before went to the customer.

The presets make it easy to set the right mode for the load. My laundry comes out perfectly dried and never too hot or damp. It only takes 1 hour per load from washing to drying just takes 30 minutes each. Love the dryer so far!

Until this thing gets figured out its a one star for me. Most all my clothes come out still damp. It doesn't matter what cycle it's on. I can turn heat all the way up and dryness both to 5 and, press start, 2-4 minutes later the time goes from 116 min to 4! Then it's in some stupid as cool mode. Clothes stop and guess what? They are still damp. AND if you are a person that likes hot towels out the dryer for your shower, forget about it! Nothing, absolutely nothing no matter what the setting is at, your towels will not nice and warm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchase the Drier (and matching washer) 3 months ago. Very happy with how quiet it runs and how quickly it dries cloths. We have only used the steamer feature once but seemed to work well - it's a nice option to have! It was easy to set up and is intuitive to use. We have also received many compliments on the modern styling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a gorgeous, modern washer. There are tons of pre-made washing settings, such as for towels, colors, and bedding. I also love that they have an environmentally friendly default “Eco Cold”. You can then adjust any of the settings to different temperature, spin, and soil levels. One of my qualms with the machine, though, is that certain pre-made settings won’t allow cold water, so you have to find the settings that support cold water, if that’s your preference. The only thing that I would make sure you note is that the machines are quite large, which is great because you can fit a lot of items in at once, but make sure that you have enough space. It was a bit of a tight squeeze on my part, but that was my fault for not planning ahead. I highly recommend this product and would purchase again.

The dryer isn't super loud and it senses how dry the clothes to avoid shrinking and over-drying. The style is amazing and looks super modern. One thing to understand, although the steam function is a great idea beware that your clothes may still be damp when it is done.

Day 1 - contacted customer service because dryer never completely dries clothes. Followed their suggestions and troubleshooting steps. Very annoying to have to manually turn off eco mode for every cycle. Several months later, I still have not had a full cycle complete without having to run a manual time cycle to completely dry my clothes. Like the dryer sensor doesn’t detect damp clothes. Love the size and the matching washer is great.

And the hookup to smart things makes it really easy to check in on a laundry load or restart the machine or customize settings and see data on my usage. The bespoke look is perfect for my new house and matches my bespoke fridge as well. Looks great as a set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start off- wow! This dryer has been amazing so far. It is so aesthetically beautiful and has loads of features. The best part being it has wifi! Every time a load is done, I get notified on my phone as well as my Samsung TV (Didn’t even know that was possible!). Another very useful feature is electric usage which can be monitored through the Samsung SmartThings App which is a game changer! I am very conscious when it comes to utilities and cost and this breaks it down by the day and even monthly to know exactly how much it is costing based on your zip code (or you cam enter your specific electric cost). Overall- would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful space saving dryer (it’s stackable!), that looks amazing and has amazing features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical of how easy to use this unit would be without the multitude of dials and buttons on a typical dryer but I found that the smart dial and selector not only provides just as many options as the standard dryer configuration but provides more. With the number of added settings that can be added through the options menu, the ease of configuration with the SmartThings app, and the AI sense feeding it data from the washing machine, it has made the laundry simpler. This device has made laundry much simpler and faster. This has also one of the best lint traps I have come across. Much cleaner and hygenic that I've seen on a typical dryer.
