I've been using the Tena Overnight pull- up for my elderly mom (who is still partially continent) for several years. I have tried several other overnight products. This Tena Overnight is still my first choice. The material is soft and the padding is wider in the back portion for better coverage. But, the absorbent area is not super bulky so it allows you to better adjust the crotch area unlike some other products. I like that the pull-up has full coverage in the back which is hard to find in other products. Other brands I have purchased have thick padding in the crotch area but the panty itself does not cover one's backside like these do. We occasionally have a leak but it is usually if she has not urinated well prior to going to bed. We use this pull- up also when we take her to doctor appointments or anything outside the house for extra coverage.

Used to be the best in fit and comfort as well as absorbency. However they seem to have changed and run smaller, like they skimped out material especially in back. Like how companies have smaller amounts in packaging but keeping the same price to fool you. With they hadn't done that.

I mostly use at night and if I'm out all day. I like that it holds more liquid than other brands. But there is one change I'd like. The panel should have padding up to the waist band. When sleeping, if I can't get up in time, the liquid travels up the backside and out the un-covered area. I wake with a mostly dry underwear except where it came out of the back. I started buying bed-pads to keep the bed dry.

This product works very well for me. The fit is great. This is my first concern with any incontinence item. The overnight pull up is do well made I can sleep all night with one pullup on but I prefer one overnight and one heavy protection becayse I have mobility issues to address. The fact that I can use 1 pullup a night saves me hundreds of dollars and, so far, after using for 3 yrs, day and night, I have never had a skin rash due to the pullup or any adverse reaction to the materials used in the pullup. I highly recommend this product as I have experienced no leakage, no irritation, and no outrageous pricing of this product.

They are perfect for overnight protection. I don't have to worry about accidents anymore. The only thing I wish Tena sold an extra small size for women to wear at night. The small size is a bit too big but it's the better fitting underwear than all the other brands that I have tried. Thank you Tena

I waited 4 this over 2 weeks and these items were filled w borox in the box. And then I was shortened w my items. I'm so disappointed and dissatisfied w ur code of conduct. I hope u don't treat all ur clients this way otherwise u'll b the next business losing customers.

You sent me the package of "overnights" to check to see what size I needed. I tried the x-large and it was OK but large was best for me. I put the medium one aside and bought the large size. A few weeks later I discovered I was out of the overnights. I took the medium one I had set aside and tried that on. It was snug - but it worked! You folks make the best incontinent products. I have tried them all from pads to the overnights - the difference from the other brands is the internal engineering. They are comfortable and work beautifully. Thank you!!

I am so pleased with the overnight effectiveness of the Tena Overnight underwear. After my cancer treatments and kidney failure, my bladder leaks and doesn't hold long enough to get to the bathroom. Now I can go to sleep and not worry about leaking during the night and having to change everything in the middle of the night. A wonderful product!

Ive had bladder issues especially at night after a car accident as a child. I used adult diapers until my aunt suggested I try Tena Overnight and they work amazing! I love that I can just pull these on and they absorb a full night sleep with no leaks. They're not as obvious or bulky as a diaper under PJs and much easier to use( I wish I had known about them at university). I was a bit nervous at first because I'm on the smaller side but they fit perfectly. Thank you Tena!

My elderly grandpa has Parkinson's and is unable to just spring out of bed. We have tried all kinds of pull ups including other types from Tena. This particular type "Intimate" is the best. Measure hips and waist of the man or woman and select the size you'll need. They are white and soft. Thick but plush. Cheaper to buy in bulk like this than an individual package. You will be satisfied because of the fit and comfort. Stop wasting your time on thin or narrow paper like pull ups.
