I like that they hold a lot of liquid and that I can usually sleep throughout the night without waking up. And when I do wake-up i can go to cleanup without to much of a problem. I was looking for a product that would not irritated my skin, like some of the other products did. I am completely satisfied with this product.

It was nice to find an overnight brief that actually fits, is comfortable and effective. Allows for a better nights sleep knowing I have the security of better absorbency. Only found it online in the size I needed. Walmart only sold it in large and extra large. Grateful I found it online.

The product itself is second to none--excellent!! The items were instock, online ordering was easy, and shipping and delivery was fantastic. I received the items about two days after they were ordered. They were delivered to my front door. This meant a lot, especially since I can't afford to run out of the product.

I need to use these now since my hemopelvectomy surgery, due to a very large tumor, cancer, I had my right leg and right pelvic bone along with my right hip bone removed. My bladder won't hold in like it used to so I need to wear these until hopefully one day I don't. But I've tried others but like these the best. The widened of the padded area for me is perfect. Plus the thickness is best. They are comfortable, I don't feel like I'm wearing a thong !!!!! I hate that feeling!!!! So yes these Tena brand types I need and definitely prefer over any others. I was getting these of Amazon but they jumped up in price so much. Thankfully WalMart sells these at a reasonable price. I need these and purchase two cases a month pretty much. I wish they were cheaper but best price I've seen so far so I'm glad. If anyone needs this type of adult pull-up I recommend these. I wear them during the day and night. Hoping one day I won't need them but until then I'm happy with these and hope Walmart always has them .

My urinary problem is a bit more than just bladder leaking; more serious and, fortunately, very treatable. So, I have tried every brand of "pullups" out there. Tena is the brand i have found to fit the best. I'm no skinny mini, so finding an underpant to cover my large behind is no small matter (no pun intended). They are a good price point, absorb a lot, and fit me like undies should. You may find another brand suits your size and body type better. For me, Tena is the one!

I've been wearing disposable underwear for about eight years now, and have tried several brands. Always Discreet leaked around the legs - too loose. Depends Sillouette was much better. But having tried Tena, I'll never go back to anything else. It rises in front high enough to stay up, even with a big belly (especially with XL - I switch between L and XL as my weight fluctuates). The leg openings are snug enough to prevent leaking. The crotch is the most absorbent I've found in any brand. And Tena has a special trick to prevent leaking in the event of a sudden flood: in the crotch area, just inside each leg opening, is a stand-up paper "dam" which confines the flood just long enough (hopefully) to let it be absorbed.

I cannot depend on finding these in any store in town. I like the way these fit and protect better than any others I have tried so I am very pleased to order them on Walmart. Com. I always get them when Im supposed to and sometimes a little earlier. These are the best briefs I have found for my incontinence situation. Day or night!

Not item pictured. Only lasts about 8 hours but the legs fit is much better than other products. Leaks up the back if on too long soaking my shirt. I think Tena changed this product to sensitive and no longer offer the intimates.

The first thing I noticed was the new packaging, even though the picture that I ordered from still shows the old packaging. This doesn't usually mean much, but in this case, I'm afraid the product itself may have also been changed. These underwear do not seem to be as absorbent as they used to be. I was happy with the product before, but not at all now. My needs have not changed, literally from one day to the next, but unfortunately, the new ones just don't work as well as the previous ones at all. Sadly, I need the overnight absorbency, which is hard to find, and more expensive, but my recent purchase doesn't seem to be any more absorbent than the regular ones. I even checked the package to make sure I received the correct ones. The package does say "Overnight", but they certainly don't perform as well as before. I may have to try a different brand, as I am not at all happy with these.

Was very disappointed. The quality is not as good as previous purchase. The side ripped just putting them on. Felt like the size was smaller than previous purchase.
