I get these for my mother, who is small/petite. They fit well - especially the elastic around the leg. The Tena brand is also extremely absorbent, especially for bedtime wear. We've tried other brands and they are just too loose and really not as absorbent.

not to say everything else is bad, because i know other products work, but these are perfect. i use for overnight and daytime use and need a lot of protection. these work. they feel good. they don't show through clothing. they don't leak after several hours. I could not select "fit" above but for my size, they fit perfectly. and at the stated size, medium fit the way i expected and was hoping they would. they are great!

Ordinarily I don't need these, but I recently injured my hip and I'm spending most of my time either in bed or my recliner making it painful and takes some time to get around, so these are great. Way more absorbant, no leaks, comfortable, and I have one less thing to worry about, until I can get the surgery done.

They do a good job holding the fluid the waist fits well for her 54" waist but the back seems a tad low - and it's not backwards, unless the blue lines that mark the back of the panty was marked wrong... Other than that, the leg openings could be a little wider. My younger sister has Down's Syndrome, and Hashimoto thyroidism, plus the thighs from the women on our dad's side of the family!

These are the best fitting and best protection out of all of them. The black ones are terrible. The sizing is not the same. The large black ones are too tight. The xlarge black ones are too big. The white ones are awesome but no longer in the stores. That is disappointing

Tena Intimates Overnight Underwear is the best disposable underwear that we have found for my husband. Yes it was made for a woman but it's the best thing for a man. The elastic around the legs holds in the urine beautifully. No more changing his pants 3 or 4 times a day because of wetness. Works great during the night also.

These overnight underwear are the only disposables we've found that fits and works great for my Mother. Unfortunately, stores do not carry this style in store and are available only m online. The in store style is skimpy and black, not designed for an elderly person.

I'm stuck in bed right now, due to an injury, and slow when I get up. These help so much, I don't have to worry about about leaks at all, and I can take my time to get to the bathroom.
