I have multiple sclerosis, which has caused me to have Bladder incontinence. Because I am not mobile, getting out of bed quickly is not an option when I have to go to the bathroom. This leaves me with having to go many times in bed. I've learned to deal with that as it's just a part of the disease. However, I have struggled to find a product that has kept me from leaking on to the sheet. I resorted to using bed pads underneath, while still wearing a pull-up. I'll be honest, Depends are far from dependable. I have tried to get them to work for me for over a year and I am tired of waking up with wetness all underneath me. I ordered a sample of the tena overnight underwear, and I found I had no leaks. I didn't know if it was a fluke or if I I didn't pass that much urine, but after using the Depends again and leaking, I decided to go for it and buy a package of the tena overnight underwear. Since having them, I have gone to the bathroom in them three times. I still use a pad underneath for extra security just in case, but each time I have gone, the pad is completely dry. This saves me money by not having to buy additional pads along with the other products I have to buy for incontinence. It also feels a little cleaner not having urine all over. So far, I am pretty impressed. You read a lot of reviews and you don't know who to believe, and I suppose each product works differently on a person. But, I have found that the Tena overnight underwear are the best for me. Thank you for finally designing a pair of underwear that has full coverage on the bottom, is pretty true to size, and is still comfortable. The only thing that I wish the designers would change, is to add a little bit more padding in the rear, higher up, since women tend to urinate and it goes towards the back.

They fit me better than some others. They are more protection, especially at night which seems to be my worst time. I also have over active bladder which means sometimes it is difficult to get to a restroom quickly enough. I have recommended this product to other people in the past. These cost less than medication for my problem which is about $400 per month!

Went on a trip and forgot to bring my protection. Stopped at a chain store and rejected the "house" brands immediately. All that was left were Tena so I thought I'd take a chance. Well, they worked fine for me, a male, and I'd recommend them to anyone. Thanks for NOT making them pink. Superior overnight protection.

I like there because there is more give with these, verses the other ones i use. I also like the outside of them, there smooth not rippled. So if I use them on an outing you can't see them through my clothes. How ever they are a bit more costly than others.

I have used all kinds of pullups and pads and then I bought Tena products . I started using them in sm/md and then my store just had Lg Ex Lg. I had to use the other kind again. Then I found them on line in Sm/Md. Now I buy them in packs of 64 count. They have smaller and larger packs . I was glad I found them and that's the only kind I buy . I get the nighttime pullups for days and nights. They have a double layer around the legs so they don't leak. Try them once and that's the only kind you'll buy.

Tena overnight underwear xlarge is a very good product. I like the fact they me dry with no leak though out the day and night. There are times when I just can't make it to the bathroom. I don't like the black tena intimate underwear. They don't keep we dry and the black fabric rubs off on to your skin big difference. All in all I do like the white overnights underwear.

I use them day and night, they are the best I have used so far .I wouldn't mind having the sides a little more obsorbent If you sleep on your side that's where it the urine goes I use the overnight pads in the day and the pads and underwear at night.

They may say for women hut as a man they're great. I like wearing them because they're thick and feel good between my legs. Very comfy and do a good job holding all my pee. Highly recommend them to men and women. I got my mother in law to try them and now we both wear them.

I got the ones for overnight in L per the company's sizing code. They're cut small I've been extremely UNHAPPY with this product. 1) thin material, they tear to easy & I can put my finger thru the material if they don't rip down the side 1st as I pull them up ****2) they're to short in the back & barely come up high enough to even cover my butt. (I put on like they say w/ the blue stripe in back) I'm constantly trying to pull them up as they feel awkward being so low in back

I was sent a sample and i am ready to purchase a pack. I am sold, this item is amazing, u can feel the thought, love and consideration that was put into designing this product. I feel so safe especially when i go to sleep, no leaks or smell or discomfort.
