I've tried different bran ds, sizes, etc., and I keep coming back to these. I've injured my hip, so I have to use a walker to get around, and getting the the bathroom quickly just doesn't happen. It is a great help to have these; they really do work better than anything else I've used. It's really nice to know that I don't have to worry about leaking, especially in bed.

I was surprised that the overnight underwear for women is rated less than the ultimate pads. The underwear is rated a 5 and the ultimate is rated a 6. I use a pad in them for overnight just to be sure. The fit could be considered a little small based on the sizing on the package. I rated it a 4, but effectiveness a 3.I wish they came in colors and were better looking, more like a real pair of underwear.

I compared this pull up underwear to two other brands and the Tena ones absorb more, absorb faster, and didn't leak at all. This is all very important to me. I've had many pullups and briefs which leak at night. I have bladder spasms, which cause sudden loss of urine, which many pads and overnight underwear simpy cannot absorb. Tena was the best I've found after several years of wearing pads and underwear protection.

Thank you for this product!! the briefs are much more comfortable than the regular ones, so soft and stretchy and absorbent, with a fuller seat - I have been using them during the day also because of the comfort, even though they are a little more expensive. No chafing at the leg opening, full comfort all day, I would forget I'm wearing them, if it weren't for my frequent need to change them. Please use the same fabric and cut in all your briefs! Of course, I would also appreciate a lower unit cost since I have to use several during the day and I'm on a limited income.

Tried a few different brands for my mom who is 94. Since I am her son this kind of stuff is not my forte. She wore them for a day and she wanted me to buy more. Some of the others leaked, but not these, some thought went into making these and the fact that you can tear the sides when taking them off makes my job easier. No need to look at other brands anymore.

Due to my incontinence I depend on disposable underware and pads. I tried the overnight Tenas and never switched back to any other. They are the most comfortable and don't have to keep pulling them up, they fit great. I would recommend these to anyone who is dependent on these products, you won't switch back.

I will be the first to say that these are perfect for men or women! For some odd reason, companies make these "mens underwear" that never fits right, are made out of sandpaper, and do not hold a lot. I suffered a very nasty bladder infection that left me with urinary incontinence. So I have been on the search for the perfect all around pull up. I have been using the Always discreet underwear up until now. Forget those completely. The Tena pull ups are the best, I have get to have a single leak. Wearing them is like wearing a cloud. Extreme softness all around. Thick but not too thick, so perfect for out and about activities. They are extremely discreet, so even if the waistband sticks up or out while bending over, no one will really know you're wearing pull ups. I am only 23, so flying under the radar is usually what I'm looking for. But these diapers make me much more comfortable and brave. I will now be purchasing more and more, and telling everyone who has similar issues to try tena. They are by far the best! Thank You Tena!

I had been using the Tena Heavy Protection Super Plus for my Mother. When the Overnights came out I presumed they would be better, not. With the former she was dry the next day about 75% of the time. With the Overnights it's about 25% which may be generous.

Quality of Tena products is by far greater than any product we've used for our special needs daughter who is incontinent. I sure wish your product could be on the list with Home Care Delivered, Richmond Va. as we use this mail order company and get products that Medicaid will purchase So for purchase for night and when we go out we need better protection so we love Tena Products.
