I also use it in the gym on the treadmill blocking out all external noise of other people working there . Again I use him but I'm sitting on my balcony to block the car noise on the street . I've been using them for years . And one other great time to use it is when I was cutting my lawn sitting on the rider it blocks out all the noise while I listen to my music the noise of the lawnmower humming very loud I love them

The 2nd gen I use around the house and for gentle activities or on my boat The 1st gen I use outdoors while biking or working in the yard. The fit is great. You can wear for hours and your ears don't get sore. The noise cancelling is great, especially while walking down a busy road. The immerse audio is great for classic rock like Pink Floyd and Supertramp. I've just really like these air buds

The sound quality is fantastic and the features are exactly what I am looking for when it comes to wearable speakers for work and personal life. The only downside is the longevity side of these or anything out there with similar technology. Bose has a great warranty process, which I have used more than once with there products. I will continue to purchase Bose speakers and other audio listening devices because I still believe they're simply the best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these over a year ago and they held up far beyond my expectations. They for well and stay placed appropriately during vigorous exercise and the sound quality is phenomenal. I definitely would buy then again.

This is my 4th Bose headphone/earbud purchase, and the most disappointing. I'll start with the fact that these buds have their own separate app rather than being integrated into the "normal" app that I use for all the others. The earbud fit was less than comfortable and I found the sound quality average at best. I now own 14 pairs of headphones and earbuds and these will most likely end up being used sparsely at best.

I've had two different pairs of these earbuds and I absolutely love them. I am autistic and the active noise cancelling helps me SO much, and I love that I can easily switch between modes so I can wear them in public and still hear what I need to. My only issue is that I have very small ears and even with the smallest band and tip, they start to hurt after about 45 minutes. Still rating them a 5 because of the audio quality and excellent noise cancelling!

But I will say that when it comes to the product. I thinks that Bose is behind the competition for what the product offers vs the price point the product costs. I will say that the sound quality is good for the product. However the level of volume and the noise cancellation do not compare well compared to the air pods that I purchased. I also feel that the air pods hear through option is superior to the Bose product. Also the ease of connectivity with my iPhone is more convenient. This is something that I wish Bose could bridge the gap better.

They cut out lawnmower noise without having to turn them too loud. I have used them on planes and when the family is watching tv. In my opinion there is nothing better.
