I started out with the Sport line of wired earbuds and was very satisfied with them. But when I got my first pair of QC-25 wired headphones, it was a whole new experience, and I decided to try my first set of Quiet Comfort earbuds. They were a complete revelation of how so much sound quality could be packed into a set of earbuds. Since that time, I have graduated up the line, buying both new and refurbished QuietComfort earbuds and have been very happy with everything. Currently I have two pairs of QuietComfort Ultra earbuds that I alternate use with. The whole thing boils down to one simple fact, that Bose plainly has the best products with the best sound quality available in the market today. When you can hear more than one instrument very clearly and the dulcet tones of any vocalist perfectly, it just doesn't get any better. I am a Bose customer for life.

Base delivery when I’m in the mood is perfect. Hope the upcoming replacements are same sound quality as only Bose can do, to enjoy music quality at it’s best.

I also use it in the gym on the treadmill blocking out all external noise of other people working there . Again I use him but I'm sitting on my balcony to block the car noise on the street . I've been using them for years . And one other great time to use it is when I was cutting my lawn sitting on the rider it blocks out all the noise while I listen to my music the noise of the lawnmower humming very loud I love them

The only drawback to the design, which may have been fixed in later versions, is that I've a been unable to clean some of the ear wax from the earbuds, and it has caused some rusting over time. The rust has not affected the performance of the earbuds.

Bose will honor the warranty, but they send remanufactured replacements, and those seem to last about half as long as the originals. They initially refused to warranty my most recent pair because it was outside the original purchase timeframe. Fortunately, I had just bought a soundbar with a money-back guarantee. I told them that if they weren’t going to honor the warranty on my headphones, I would return the soundbar. That changed their mind, and they agreed to replace my headphones. If I could give them zero stars I would. It’s unfortunate the sound quality is great. The battery and case quality is trash.

I bought these earbuds because the battery doesn't last very long on my other set of bose earbuds, however, the newer set seems to "auto off" on their own when I'm side sleeping and I can't find anywhere to turn this feature off. Otherwise I really enjoy Bose QCE and sound quality.

When it comes to noise canceling headphones Bose headphones are the best! They are great for long distance air travel for long battery charge and quick case recharge. Also wearing them for longer periods of time is good and comfortable experience compared to any other brand. When I say any other brand I mean Sony, Apple, Harmon Kardon, Ausdom, Scull Candy, JBL, Bowers & Wilkins, Sennheiser etc. I own all of them! That’s right! I have a thing for headphones! That’s it!

Crispy and clear sound is gone from this version. I have been Buying Bose since 2011 and used every earbuds they have and sound quality was awesome. Call volume is low as well. Also, the quality of case got so cheap that it can be crushed just with bare hands. I still have the case from previous version of QC earbuds and it is rock solid. Had paid same amount for that one too. Quality is drowning.
