The earbuds and the QCE app are pretty amazing! I was easily able to switch the noise canceling from on to off and to their third option, which is called “Awareness”. I was also able to switch between devices very smoothly and it has the option to connect to two different devices simultaneously. You can adjust the touch and voice settings easily, as well as equalizing the base and treble. Would recommend for any music lover and multiple device user.

This product is excellent and I love it so far. Very simple to use and light weight. The controls are very responsive and the awareness mode amplifies your surroundings so you can actually hear what's happening around you. I'm very happy with these and they look and fit great right out the box.

WOW! Amother truly outstanding product. The comfort, fit, and connection time are first rate. The earbuds connect almost immediately and have quite a long battery life. These earbuds are unbelievingly even more comfortable than the QuietComfortUltra ones that I own. I listen to a wide variety of music, and have been able to hear certain new elements such as background vocals and instruments in songs I have heard dozens of times. There are instances where it seems I am hearing a song for the first time. Perfect balance in audio as the lead vocals do not "drown out" or harshly overshadow background. Percussion is crisp and does not have a garbled or jumbled sound heard from low quality earbuds. The noise canceling is second to none. I work in a factory and love the ease of switching between aware and quiet modes. The graphic equalizer feature in the app is long overdue and functions very well. This is useful while listening to audiobooks and podcasts.. Love the strength of the case magnetic catch, similar to first generation sport earbuds. Top quality product I recommend highly. Well done.

I am impressed with the sound quality and purchase them to play white noise when I am in an environment (church choir/orchestra) that is too loud for my sensitive hearing. I also find them very convenient to silence temporarily, lower or raise volume, etc.

I have been extremely impressed with the quality and performance of the new Bose Quiet Comfort Noise Cancelling Earbuds. The earbuds are incredibly lightweight and comfortable, perfect for long listening sessions. The sound quality, with its rich, clear audio, deep bass, and crisp highs, truly immerses you in your music, making every listening session engaging and enjoyable. One minor drawback I encountered initially was with the touch controls, which, due to their sensitivity, required some time to get used to. However, with patience and practice, I found them to be quite intuitive and responsive. Their adaptability to my touch made me appreciate their design even more. Once I got the hang of it, the touch controls became a non-issue. Overall, I am delighted with the Bose Quiet Comfort Noise Cancelling Earbuds. In comparison to other earbuds I've tried, these stand out for their lightweight comfort and exceptional sound quality. I recommend them to anyone in the market for high-quality, comfortable, and great-sounding earbuds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased and satisfied with high performance of the Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds. I put it on before the plane taking off and I did not even noticed that we are already at 10,000 ft just when the seat belt light was turned off.

They sound great. The noise canceling is excellent. I bet people come up to me and have to nudge me to get my attention because I cannot hear them. And they are comfortable. I don’t know if that’s 50 characters yet. But I’m not gonna count them to make sure so if it works it works if it doesn’t, it doesn’t too bad.

From a value perspective, these buds are great. The ANC is the number one reason I got them, and while they're not QC Ultra great, it's close enough that it blocks out what I need blocked out. The next great thing about them is the battery. I can indeed get 8+ hours of quiet listening in ANC mode. Most impressive. I don't think any product in this form factor has this level of endurance. The listening experience is a distant third, and it's good enough. I listen mostly to podcasts and soft music, and these buds deliver. The bad news, and it's a big one for me because this is a primary use case for me. I'd been using QC30s for many years because they're comfortable in bed and last over 10 hours with ANC on. I was hoping these buds would replace the QC30s. They can, but they have a serious flaw: these buds turn off when you're idle for about 15 minutes. I take a nap and go to sleep on buds due to being in a noisy environment. Even if I'm connected to my device and listening to music, they will just cut out and turn off after 15 minutes. This is such a deal breaker. I know it can be easily fixed because the notification message that disables this auto-off function is baked into the software, but is somehow unavailable in the lackluster app that comes with the buds. Very disappointing. I'm hoping Bose fixes this issue soon, because these would indeed be 5-star buds without this issue. If napping or sleeping with these buds is not your use case, these buds will not disappoint. If you do need buds for napping or sleeping, avoid these until Bose fixes it.

Typical of Bose, the quality, comfort and sound are superb. These are the first earbuds I’ve had that don’t fall out of my ears at random, and I suspect it’s because of the two points of adjustable fitment (ear canal and outer “dish”), which I love. These stay in my ear most of the day and often into the night, and there is no discomfort or ache from having them in for such long periods of time. The “aware” mode is fantastic and it sounds like there is some electronic amplification of the surrounding ambient noise when in aware mode that is necessitated by the nearly perfect seal these buds have in my ears when positioned correctly. Also typical of Bose quality that is on par with the zen-like silence their QC cans can achieve, is their quiet mode. And likewise, listening to music with these remains best in class. On a side-by-side test of calls with my other brands of earbuds and headphones, callers (zoom and over cell) chose these. They’ve also been problem-free pairing with my Apple ecosystem. The only two issues I’ve found are that they don’t handle high wind environments well, though to be fair, none of my other earbuds do either, and I wish there was a lanyard attachment on the case because it would make them easier to find in my bag a/o attach to something for easy grab and go. Gestures are nicely customizable and easy to remember. They charge quickly and I appreciate the additional charges stored in the case. So…these come out at the top of my line-up for me and they’re the ones I now always reach for. Well done Bose!

I'm absolutely in love with the sleek design of these earbuds. They aren't too bulky and are a nice secure fit. The design of the case makes cleaning super easy and doesn't require a tool. As a student, the multipoint feature has been a game-changer, allowing me to seamlessly switch between my phone and laptop during classes. Also, being able to easily switch between the customizable noise-canceling options(quiet, aware, and off) with just a light tap, have made me feel safer and more focused in various settings, whether I'm exercising, commuting, or studying. I also often get overstimulated by loud noises and have found the noise cancellation to be amazing. I sometimes just wear these to help drown out background noise when I'm feeling overwhelmed or need to focus. These earbuds are also extremely comfortable, lightweight and have excellent audio quality. The intuitive controls make these earbuds user friendly yet super customizable. My parents who aren't too tech savvy have also tried these earbuds and found the controls and navigations in the app and earbuds to be super easy and user friendly! These were truly made with a great user experience in mind and I highly recommend them to everyone!
