I think these earbuds are great, great sound quality, great fit and very good noise cancelation. I was just disappointed that I could not trade in my old pair to get these. I am a loyal Bose fan, have been for years, that's why I was so disappointed they would not except trade ins for this product.

I have been a Bose wired earbud user for many, many years, as I believed that they would provide the best sound quality for my music. Well the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds definitely changed my opinion, especially for listening to music. The sound they produce is fantastic and far superior to my Bose wired earbuds (and it is nice to finally not have to worry about inadvertently catching the wires on something!). I love most genres of music and they all sound fantastic. I am particularly impressed with the full, high quality sound and deep bass for my favorite genre, progressive rock. The noise canceling feature makes listening to music substantially better by drowning out surrounding noises (but it is nice to have the ability to "turn off" the noise canceling feature when the situation merits). I appreciate the ability to adjust the fit based on your inside ear size which makes them also very comfortable to wear (I had them on for over 3 hours the other day and no discomfort at all). They are also not too clumsy looking when wearing. For the sound they produce I would have expected something a little more bulky. The touch controls on the earbuds themselves took a little getting used to, and were frustrating at first. This is in part due to the wide variety of adjustments and options available on the earbuds. Watching the "How-To" videos that Bose provides definitely helped. I also like the convenience to use voice controls to adjust volume and advance tracks. The charging case is nice, and I particularly like the way the earbuds fit snuggly and are held in place with tiny magnets (ensuring they are in the proper position for charging). Speaking of charging, I last used them for about 7 hours before I felt the need to recharge the earbuds. The Bose QC Earbuds app works great too and is necessary to take full advantage of the earbuds (e.g., the EQ feature). Just one note of warning; the app only works for iOS 15 or above. So us old-timers with an iPod Touch that can't accommodate iOS 15 and above can't install and use the app solely on the iPod (but you can still concurrently use the app on your iPhone). If you particularly enjoy listening to all types of music, I highly recommend a pair of the Bose QC Earbuds. You won't be disappointed. The sound is just simply fantastic and pure Bose!

I've had these about a month now and for me they are great. Very comfortable, very good sound, pretty easy to use and setup. App could be better with less duplication and a bit more intuitiveness (that's me anyway). There are areas's that could be better are the cable: too short and should have been USB-C on both ends. I also have had a few times where only on bud worked or linked up and had to put back in the case and take out again to fix on the spot. The case is also a bit big for sure. I'd think that easily could have been smaller. More volume would be nice.

I was looking for a pair of noise canceling earbuds and had to go with Bose. I had a pair of bose noise canceling headphones that I was very impressed with. Upon receiving the earbuds, I notice the moice canceling mode did not work. After factory resets, uninstall ingredients the app and cycling the buds on and off multiple times, they still didn't work. I'm mow waiting for a replacement pair to see if they work. To be honest, not impressed with the earbuds. The sound isn't as advertised and disappointed with having to send back the earbuds after having them for only 3 days.

Very disapointed. Earbuds easily fall out, almost lost them twice on a recent flight. No additional ear size options in teh box....The app crashed on me a couple times during setup, and another passenger on my flight connected to my earbuds so every flight announcement interrupted my music. Could not for the life of me figfure out how to disconnect them. FTR, I am a longtime Bose customer. This one missed the mark.

I bought these recently because I needed a way to listen to music and podcasts without disturbing others. They really fit nicely and can hold a charge for quite a long time. I should mention that I have been a Bose customer since the mid-70's and have multiple versions of speakere systems, both hard wired and bluetooth. The sound wuality has and always will be excellent.

I can't find anything I don't like, except they won't fit under my motorcycle helmet. Noise cancelling is better than my JBL actual headphones, and they are great. Sound is perfect as always, fit is great, and functionality is excellent. No issues with the app yet either.

I purchased & received my Bose QuietComfort earbuds order a couple of weeks ago. When I traveled for work domestically & internationally, I always had my Bose QuietComfort noise cancelling headphones w/me. They were a great comfort during the rigors of air travel! Fast forward to my now retired life, I really didn't have a need for these bluetooth wireless earbuds, but I decided to splurge and include them as a part of my "at home" Bose eco-system. I am very happy I did since when I am not listening to radio broadcasts on my Bose Wave Music System, I enjoy listening to my iPad's streaming playlist w/my Bose QuietComfort earbuds. Once fitted to my ears, they are very comfortable & provide all of the touted Bose noise cancelling & music reproduction Bose is famous for. And once I got past the slight learning curve, I am utilizing the various "cool" features like the "voice commands". I also discovered I could take selfies or just simple quick photos on my iPhone using the "voice commands" as well! I just have one little issue - the noise cancelling "quiet mode" occasionally deactivates. Of course, I can re-activate "quiet mode" by quickly going into my Bose QCE app. Overall, I am thrilled with this purchase! Bose continues to amaze me with their superb products. These earbuds produce full, rich sound across a wide spectrum of music types. The sound quality was tested using contemporary, recent, country, classical, instrumental, easy listening, rock, soft rock, and acoustic music types just to name a few. The results were extremely impressive and produced absolutely stellar sound quality. The bass and treble are perfectly balanced to produce optimum playback. The background vocals and instrumentation are enhanced and do not get lost behind lead vocals. This makes it possible to hear portions if songs that were not heard before because they were overridden by lead vocals and instrumentation. Percussion audio is crisp and does not sound muffled. The earbuds give the impression of being exposed to live music as close as possible without actually being there. The equalizer feature allows for improved playback especially when listening to audio books and podcasts. Noise reduction is stellar and results in nearly absolute quiet even in the most noisy environments such as in factories, in public places, or near vehicle engines. The magnetic case holds the earbuds securely in place and ensures proper contact for charging. Battery life with a full charge is increased from previous versions. 3 sizes of earpieces are included. These allow for a secure fit to virtually any ear size, and the comfort level has increased from previous versions. The earbuds connect to to the app very quickly and seamlessly, and stay connected even while away from any wifi Hotspot. This product is pleasing in appearance, easy to maintain, and durable. I have some concern regarding the finish material, especially the white color. There is a chance that they will show signs of wear or scuff marks somewhat more quickly. This chance is obviously reduced with a darker color, but the finish, while appealing, may not hold up as well over time. Overall, this is a top quality product and will provide outstanding performance regardless of type of music, audio book, or podcast being enjoyed.

The rubber fin constantly falls off of these. I wear these all day long at work and take them off a few times a day. I had the previous QC sport with the larger rubber earpiece and it stayed in the ear better and never came off of the earbuds. I lost one and they don’t sell them anymore so impossible to replace. These new versions still sound great, are smaller and lighter weight, but I’ve already lost one fin and it’s probably a matter of time before I lose the other sets.
