I purchased & received my Bose QuietComfort earbuds order a couple of weeks ago. When I traveled for work domestically & internationally, I always had my Bose QuietComfort noise cancelling headphones w/me. They were a great comfort during the rigors of air travel! Fast forward to my now retired life, I really didn't have a need for these bluetooth wireless earbuds, but I decided to splurge and include them as a part of my "at home" Bose eco-system. I am very happy I did since when I am not listening to radio broadcasts on my Bose Wave Music System, I enjoy listening to my iPad's streaming playlist w/my Bose QuietComfort earbuds. Once fitted to my ears, they are very comfortable & provide all of the touted Bose noise cancelling & music reproduction Bose is famous for. And once I got past the slight learning curve, I am utilizing the various "cool" features like the "voice commands". I also discovered I could take selfies or just simple quick photos on my iPhone using the "voice commands" as well! I just have one little issue - the noise cancelling "quiet mode" occasionally deactivates. Of course, I can re-activate "quiet mode" by quickly going into my Bose QCE app. Overall, I am thrilled with this purchase! Bose continues to amaze me with their superb products. Being a big fan of Bose quality, I am disappointed by the poor quality of the craftmanship of these earbuds. You can tell that the physical quality is inferior to any of Bose earbud offerings. I'd rather Bose focus on quality than make an inferior product to target a budget market. Only one ear works with any degree of consistency. The touch of the earbuds is usually unresponsive. The rubber bands do not stay in place and make for an ill fit. The earbuds also struggle to fit in the grooves of its case. I prefer the wider horizontal design. The bass option does not increase bass. The noise cancellation is good, and I like the awareness option to tune me in and out as necessary. But I would not recommend this "Bose budget buy" after being an owner of the Bose QC earbuds from 2020. I will be returning the earbuds. Yes, I have tried troubleshooting but the quality is poor and it requires daily troubleshoots.

WOW! I am absolutely stunned by the latest version earbuds. First, the fit and comfort are much improved. Second, the audio produced is unparalleled, somehow even better than previous versions. Third, I love the magnetic catch in the case, similar to the sport earbuds of several tears ago. Fourth, I submitted feedback regarding a graphic equalizer feature be included in the new app. I was pleasantly surprised to see this when I was notified of the new app availability only yesterday. Fifth, I love the quick connection to my android phone, and don't seem to like connectivity even in "dead zone" wifi spaces. Overall, I cannot imagine how this product can be improved. I look forward to taking a deep five into the bew app features, and I'm extremely grateful to have been chosen to test these earbuds. I would welcome the opportunity to test new products in the future. Well done, and keep up the good work.

sound and comfort excellent, as to be expected from a Bose product. Instructions on set up are terrible, hard to follow, not accurate. QRS code on the box is not helpful at all as it is not specific to the product. And there are simply too many similar but uniquely different products in look and design. Need both apple and android instruction

Love these! The option of Quiet, Off, or Aware for outside noise is awesome. Still working on getting used to the voice activated controls, but that's a nice additional option to have as well. Battery life is excellent and the Bluetooth connection is awesome! As always, the Bose sound is the best!

So I have had these earbud about a month now and they are amazing. I use to have Apple AirPods and I won’t be going back. The comfort, the light weight, the features, not feeling like the ear buds will slide out when I’m working out, and noise canceling. I like the aware mode and noise canceling mode that the earbud has. I can wear 1 earbud or both, still talk and have a conversation with someone not having to take the earbuds out and in order to block out background noise I don’t have to turn the volume up all the way saving both my hearing and the battery life. The sound is crisp sound while listening to music or gives you the movie theater feel while streaming movies. Bose made an outstanding product with these earbuds.

After 6 weeks of daily use for work and play, on the go or around the house, these earbuds are an essential gadget. I applaud Bose for delivering superb audio, seemless integration and functional noise cancelation in a great looking in ear speaker. Excellent battery life and ivery ntuitive charging case. The bose app enables customization and unlocks sound tuning options.

The earbuds are working very well. However, the voice control doesn't stay active very long. This option is the reason I went with this version of earbuds. Not sure if it is the app having problems or the earbuds. Please advise me on what I can do, I need this option for when I'm working.

I have owned the Bose QC earbuds before these and they are not longer holding a steady charge so I purchased these. I am beyond disappointed. I thought I would just buy the newer version of the earbuds, but these have too many silicone tips/surround options and even given that, these still are terrible! The noise cancelling is NOWHERE near my last pair. And, I have tried every combination of tips/surrounds and none of them give me the comfort or noise cancelling of my previous pair. Also, these things are WAY too tiny. I am at a loss because I need a new set of earbuds. Guess I will be looking at Sony. I love Bose and I own the QC35s as well as my current QC buds that are on the blink. I love(d) both, but these are a such a huge disappointment. Let me know when you make earbuds again that live up to my Bose expectations.

These Bose are perfect in the quality, sound and fit! They are top notch!! Very pleased and I have purchased additional ones for my daughter in law and my husband!!
