Typical of Bose, the quality, comfort and sound are superb. These are the first earbuds I've had that don't fall out of my ears at random, and I suspect it's because of the two points of adjustable fitment (ear canal and outer “dish”), which I love. These stay in my ear most of the day and often into the night, and there is no discomfort or ache from having them in for such long periods of time. The “aware” mode is fantastic and it sounds like there is some electronic amplification of the surrounding ambient noise when in aware mode that is necessitated by the nearly perfect seal these buds have in my ears when positioned correctly. Also typical of Bose quality that is on par with the zen-like silence their QC cans can achieve, is their quiet mode. And likewise, listening to music with these remains best in class. On a side-by-side test of calls with my other brands of earbuds and headphones, callers (zoom and over cell) chose these. They've also been problem-free pairing with my Apple ecosystem. The only two issues I've found are that they don't handle high wind environments well, though to be fair, none of my other earbuds do either, and I wish there was a lanyard attachment on the case because it would make them easier to find in my bag a/o attach to something for easy grab and go. Gestures are nicely customizable and easy to remember. They charge quickly and I appreciate the additional charges stored in the case. So…these come out at the top of my line-up for me and they're the ones I now always reach for. Well done Bose!

These are good earbuds, they fit well and they sound good. There is bass response, but not the bass of my Bose headphones. They stay in my ear in all situations so far, and are comfortable. The biggest issue I have with them is you have to plug them in to charge, and the case is bulky and hard to carry ion your pocket.

Being a big fan of Bose quality, I am disappointed by the poor quality of the craftmanship of these earbuds. You can tell that the physical quality is inferior to any of Bose earbud offerings. I'd rather Bose focus on quality than make an inferior product to target a budget market. Only one ear works with any degree of consistency. The touch of the earbuds is usually unresponsive. The rubber bands do not stay in place and make for an ill fit. The earbuds also struggle to fit in the grooves of its case. I prefer the wider horizontal design. The bass option does not increase bass. The noise cancellation is good, and I like the awareness option to tune me in and out as necessary. But I would not recommend this "Bose budget buy" after being an owner of the Bose QC earbuds from 2020. I will be returning the earbuds. Yes, I have tried troubleshooting but the quality is poor and it requires daily troubleshoots.

I wanted earbuds for my workout sessions that blocked out noise - dropping of weights, gym PA music, people talking. When music is playing - the earbuds do a great job of filtering out the noise distractions. When music cuts over to the next track, outside noise bleeds through. Earbuds are not heavy. They need minor adjustments, in my ears, as they sometimes shift based on exercise movement. App is simple and straight forward for setting up the earbuds. Controls are easy to customize for volume control, noise cancelling and track progression. So far, I am a fan.

I got them around 3 weeks ago and it has been an excellent purchase, the noise canceling and the fitting are amazing, allowing me to either watch a movie with my phone or TV to go out for a run without any issues while running as the fitting and comfortably feeling they provide goes above and beyond the expected and the competitors out there.

I use these working out with weights, elliptical and jumping rope. The noise reduction is less than pricier ones but where I workout that is not an issue. I always like the bose sound. I am a bose fan. My friend and I talk about the bose products. The sound is natural good highs and the bass compliments the midrange and highs. I like the fact bose designs their speaker. I also enjoy the voice commands helpful when using gloves.

The earbuds and the QCE app are pretty amazing! I was easily able to switch the noise canceling from on to off and to their third option, which is called “Awareness”. I was also able to switch between devices very smoothly and it has the option to connect to two different devices simultaneously. You can adjust the touch and voice settings easily, as well as equalizing the base and treble. Would recommend for any music lover and multiple device user.

I have been a Bose wired earbud user for many, many years, as I believed that they would provide the best sound quality for my music. Well the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds definitely changed my opinion, especially for listening to music. The sound they produce is fantastic and far superior to my Bose wired earbuds (and it is nice to finally not have to worry about inadvertently catching the wires on something!). I love most genres of music and they all sound fantastic. I am particularly impressed with the full, high quality sound and deep bass for my favorite genre, progressive rock. The noise canceling feature makes listening to music substantially better by drowning out surrounding noises (but it is nice to have the ability to "turn off" the noise canceling feature when the situation merits). I appreciate the ability to adjust the fit based on your inside ear size which makes them also very comfortable to wear (I had them on for over 3 hours the other day and no discomfort at all). They are also not too clumsy looking when wearing. For the sound they produce I would have expected something a little more bulky. The touch controls on the earbuds themselves took a little getting used to, and were frustrating at first. This is in part due to the wide variety of adjustments and options available on the earbuds. Watching the "How-To" videos that Bose provides definitely helped. I also like the convenience to use voice controls to adjust volume and advance tracks. The charging case is nice, and I particularly like the way the earbuds fit snuggly and are held in place with tiny magnets (ensuring they are in the proper position for charging). Speaking of charging, I last used them for about 7 hours before I felt the need to recharge the earbuds. The Bose QC Earbuds app works great too and is necessary to take full advantage of the earbuds (e.g., the EQ feature). Just one note of warning; the app only works for iOS 15 or above. So us old-timers with an iPod Touch that can't accommodate iOS 15 and above can't install and use the app solely on the iPod (but you can still concurrently use the app on your iPhone). If you particularly enjoy listening to all types of music, I highly recommend a pair of the Bose QC Earbuds. You won't be disappointed. The sound is just simply fantastic and pure Bose!

Very disapointed. Earbuds easily fall out, almost lost them twice on a recent flight. No additional ear size options in teh box....The app crashed on me a couple times during setup, and another passenger on my flight connected to my earbuds so every flight announcement interrupted my music. Could not for the life of me figfure out how to disconnect them. FTR, I am a longtime Bose customer. This one missed the mark.
