There is a need for a set of earbuds dedicated to just complete noise cancelation for sleeping. QC 's accomplish noise cancellation but sometimes are interrupted by picking up sound. Also, the earpieces for pure noise cancellation earbuds must be small enough to not be uncomfortable when side sleeping. rusting in Bose quality for such a design.

Im loving my purchase, however I gave it 4 stars because it does not have the capacity to be found using your phone. I have already misplaced them twice and it would be so handy if we could ping it with the app or if it was compatible with the find my iPhone feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my quiet comfort earbuds like the last two months so far it has not disappoint me at all , its so light in the ears , sounds sooo good and crisp ,the battery life takes forever to run out . Its so dependable . I love it ! .

I am currently living in a hospital and find myself in need of earplugs, headphones, and a blutooth headset. These can fill all those roles. I can play white noise/music or use them in gaming or just put them in quiet mode an enjoy the silence. Way to go Bose, you've done it again!

I just started using my Bose QuietComfort Earbuds. The sound is amazing and so is the noise blocking. The problems I'm having with it have to do with the fit and the controls. I am using the smallest pieces that come with them, but I still have some trouble getting a good and comfortable fit. I have to choose between comfort and not having it fall out. I also find that the buds are very sensitive to movements in my facial and ear musculature. This means if Im talking or chewing or even moving my head a certain way I may find that it switches modes on me or shuts off. The instructions in the app are not very helpful with this.

I have been an iPhone user for some time and have pretty much sworn by their products but after having these, I will never go astray from Bose. Incredible quality and more than fairly priced for what you get.

I have owned the Bose QC earbuds before these and they are not longer holding a steady charge so I purchased these. I am beyond disappointed. I thought I would just buy the newer version of the earbuds, but these have too many silicone tips/surround options and even given that, these still are terrible! The noise cancelling is NOWHERE near my last pair. And, I have tried every combination of tips/surrounds and none of them give me the comfort or noise cancelling of my previous pair. Also, these things are WAY too tiny. I am at a loss because I need a new set of earbuds. Guess I will be looking at Sony. I love Bose and I own the QC35s as well as my current QC buds that are on the blink. I love(d) both, but these are a such a huge disappointment. Let me know when you make earbuds again that live up to my Bose expectations.

What a software disaster! Can’t turn off the voice prompt that talks EVERY time you put them in your ear - “Battery level 80%, Voice Commands On.” Seriously? Let me turn that junk off!!! Oh, and it autoplays every time you put them in your ear, and guess what? Yep, can’t turn that off either! The touch controls are too sensitive - don’t bother trying to adjust the fit. You’ll only Jack with every control there is. What a lousy design. Man BOSE is such a pale shadow of who they used to be!

Product works as advertised. I especially like the noise cancellation function. Great sound quality.
